Willy Wonka, Jr. Cast

Ivan made his debut with LTMT in Peter Pan in 2017. He has appeared in many Rising Stars productions including Beauty & the Beast Jr. as Lumiere, The Little Mermaid Jr. as Sebastian, and Aladdin Jr. as the title role Aladdin. Ivan has also been in LTMT’s productions of Oklahoma, Annie and Hello Dolly. LVHS Viking Theatre musical productions such as The Sound of Music (Friedrich) and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Mitch Mahoney). Ivan competed at the state level for UIL One Act Play in the production of The Importance of Being Earnest in the role of Jack as well as competing at the regional level as Sergei Maxudov in Black Snow. Ivan recently played the lead role in the Viking Theatre’s production of White Christmas as Bob Wallace.

Journey is a fifth grader and this is his fourth year being a part of LTMTs Rising Stars. After his roles in Aladdin Jr, Matilda Jr, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown and Revolting Children Performance at the 2021 Masquerade Ball, and Frozen Jr, he can't wait to be back on stage! In addition to theater, he loves music and can be seen mixing beats, strumming the ukulele or learning new songs on the piano.

Austin is a senior at Lago Vista High School and is enjoying playing the role of Grandpa Joe at Lake Travis Musical Theatre in the musical Willy Wonka Jr. Austin has been acting for 9 years and enjoys being on stage. He has performed in Lago Vista High School's musical White Christmas and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Austin has also performed in LVHS UIL competition of Black Snow and The Importance of being Earnest. Other performances Austin has done are Willy Wonka as the title role and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer for Reclaim Arts. He previously performed "Still" from the musical Anastasia at LA Performing Arts. Austin's love for music also includes performances in classical piano. He takes voice lessons from Nikita Storoje--Associate professor of Voice/Opera, The University of Texas at Austin.

This is Mackenzie’s first production with LTMT. She has done shows through the LVHS Theatre Company such as, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Black Snow, and White Christmas. She would like to thank her Mom and Dad for always supporting her in all of her theatrical pursuits.

Justin is very excited to be preforming in his first ever theatre production! He is in the 5th grade. Justin is a kind-hearted and energetic kid that loves playing football, golf and participating in theatre this year. On his down time, he loves the Rubik's cube and has mastered it by solving it in less than a minute!

David Morgan is a sixth grader who is thrilled to be performing in his second show with Rising Stars. He loves being on stage with LTMT and has also performed in various school plays. In his spare time, David loves spending time with his dogs and playing video games.

Maya is in 7th Grade and has a true passion for acting and being on stage. She also loves singing, dancing, drawing and enjoying her friends. Maya has been in several past plays with Rising Stars and Lake Travis Music Theatre including The Little Mermaid Jr., Aladdin Jr., Annie, and Frozen Jr. She's learning so much and looks forward to auditioning for the upcoming Mary Poppins.

Summer Thatcher is a 6th grade student who has always had a passion for acting! This is her first theatre production and most certainly won't be her last! She loves to sing, dance and make people laugh!

Scout is a fourth grader at LVIS. She has been in several Rising Stars productions, including Aladdin Jr., Matilda (as Amanda Thripp) and Frozen Jr. (as Little Anna). She loves to sing and act and is part of Northlake Church’s kids worship team.

Scarlett is excited to be playing Mr. Salt in her first theatrical performance, Willy Wonka Jr. Prior to this she has had small roles in feature films and television. She also loves to voice act. She wants to thank her family, Claire, Ms. Barbara and the production team for making this opportunity available.

Jude is 13 and an 8th grader at LVMS. Jude has always been an entertainer and loves to make people laugh. This is his first speaking role with LTMT and couldn’t be more thrilled! He has been with LTMT in previous years having been in Beauty and the Beast Jr. and The Little Mermaid Jr.

Haylee has been with Rising Stars since its inception. She has also done summer theater and theater camps. She loves acting and singing.

Brookley is in the fifth grade at Lago Vista Intermediate School and has been fortunate to be a part of Rising Stars for five years. She has performed in The Little Mermaid Jr., Aladdin Jr., Matilda Jr., Frozen Jr. and is excited to now be playing Violet Beauregarde in Willy Wonka Jr. Brookley is happiest when she is participating in musical theatre, swimming and spending time with her friends and family.

Anya is a 8th grader at LVMS and has been participating in theater since the age of 3. She has appeared in numerous Rising Stars productions including Beauty & the Beast Jr., Aladdin Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., and Frozen, Jr. as well as appearing in the LVHS Viking Theatre productions of The Lion King Jr. and The Sound of Music. Anya has also appeared in the LTMT productions of Joseph, Peter Pan, Oklahoma, Annie and Hello Dolly. Anya played the title character, Matilda, with Rising Stars in 2021 and on the stage at LTMT’s 2021 Masquerade Ball. She also participated in the LVMS One Act Play, where she was awarded “All-Star Cast” for her role as Lucy in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Anya is on the drumline in the LVHS marching band and also enjoys playing basketball.

Maya has been performing in schools plays since 3rd grade taking the lead as Fiona in Fastball Fiona and then winning the award for Best Orphan in her 6th grade production of Annie Jr. as Molly. This is Maya's second performance with LTMT and she is excited to take on the Role of Mrs. Beauregarde. Maya is an 8th grader at LVMS and enjoys playing her cello and listening to show tunes.

Ignacio hopes to win his own golden ticket to Hollywood! He has been working as a voice actor and an on camera talent for years now. He played Oaken in last years production of Frozen, Jr. and spends his days coming in and out of characters he creates for laughs. An Avid collector of anything weird, ancient or interesting he is far from Mike Teavee's character, as he would trade climbing a tree over a game console any day of the week!

Following in the footsteps of his 3 older siblings, Lazarus has been performing with Rising Stars for several years with roles in Frozen Jr., Aladdin Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., and a Matilda Showcase (as Bruce). Lazarus is excited to play the role of Mike Teavee in Willy Wonka Jr.! In addition to theatre, Lazarus also plays baseball and basketball on local LV teams.

Maya is a junior at LVHS and has been performing with Rising Stars since it’s inception in 2014. A few memorable roles include Gladys Herdman in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Linus in A Charlie Brown Christmas, Flounder in The Little Mermaid, Jr., and Anna in Frozen, Jr. Maya was accepted into Zach Theater’s Pre-Apprentice Program in 2019, studying acting, voice and dance. She has appeared in Lake Travis Music Theatre’s productions of Joseph, Peter Pan, Oklahoma and as the title character, Annie, in LTMT’s 2019 production of Annie. Maya appeared in LTMT’s Hello Dolly last summer in the role of Ermengarde and in the 2022 Viking Theatre production of White Christmas as Susan. Maya is grateful for the opportunity to be a student intern this year with the Rising Stars program. She is also a coach at Arise Gymnastics.

Lucy is a sixth grader at LVMS, and has been performing with LTMT for 6 years with roles in Frozen Jr. (middle Anna), Beauty & The Beast Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., Aladdin Jr., Annie (as Molly), and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. She also performed in The Sound Of Music (as Gretel) with LVHS Viking Theatre. Lucy is part of the Northlake Church Kids Worship band where she plays piano. She loves theatre, playing the piano, singing, art, and spending time with her family.

Deijah is a 13 year-old student who is overjoyed to get back in a performance. She has performed LTMT's productions of Annie and The Little Mermaid Jr. She has also done LV players club productions Beauty is a Beast and Goldilocks on Trial. She loves dancing, singing, and gymnastics.

Jamie is a tenth grade student who is thrilled to be back on the stage with Rising Stars. She has performed in many shows, including The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Frozen Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr., Beauty & the Beast Jr., Peter Pan, and many smaller school plays.

Amelia is a 7th grader at LVMS and has been involved with LTMT (Rising Stars) for 8 years which included the productions of Aladdin Jr., Cinderella, Annie, Grease, Beauty & the Beast Jr., and The Little Mermaid Jr. She currently plays on the middle school varsity basketball team and will play tennis in the spring. She's loved working with the cast, crew, and directors of all her shows.

Tyler is a 4th grader at LVIS. He is thrilled to be performing in his first theatrical production with LTMT. Tyler has always loved to sing and dance. He is a natural performer. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball and baseball and hanging out with friends.

No need to sugar coat this young lady’s Bio. She has been active in voice over and on camera commercials since she was 5 years old. Now an eighth grader she recently played “Beauty” in this summer's local production of Beauty is a Beast and she is still celebrating winning first place in a Modern Oratory UIL competition this last January.

Emerson is an 8th grader at Sterling Classical School. She is thrilled to be performing in this year's production of Willy Wonka Jr! Emerson has always had a love for the arts, especially her experiences with LTMT. Her previous performances include All that Jazz, Beauty and the Beast Jr., The Little Mermaid Jr, Annie, The Sound of Music (LVHS Viking Theatre), Aladdin Jr., and Frozen Jr.

Valerie is a fourth grader this year and is very excited to perform in her third theatrical performance with LTMT. After attending the LTMT production, The Little Mermaid, Jr., she could not wait to be a part of the action! She previously performed in Frozen, Jr., Aladdin, Jr., and dance performances with Cedar Park Dance Company. Valerie recently performed as Raggedy Ann in the 4th grade Christmas play which she thoroughly enjoyed. Playing soccer, singing, and learning to play the guitar are just some of her favorite hobbies. Valerie loves making people laugh! With her thoughtful and kind personality she never wants anyone to feel left out.

Autumn is thrilled to be in her first theatrical performance. She is a fifth grader at Lago Vista Intermediate and loves to play basketball and piano. Autumn is always willing to give a hug and tell you a story.

Madison has been doing theatre for 4 years and can’t wait to be on stage again. She recently has performed in Wild Strawberries, The Wonderful State Of Texas, and The Wizard of Oz, She also helped out with the LVMS UIL production of The Lion The Witch And The Wardrobe. She loves dancing, singing, and acting.

Chloe is so excited to be performing in her first theater production! She has loved acting and singing since she was a toddler and was always making up skits and reenacting shows. Chloe is in the art club, volleyball, basketball and loves to hang out with her friends. When she is not busy with after school activities, she likes to unwind by reading, playing Roblox and loves being with her family.

Leona has been acting for 2 years and can't wait to get on stage once again. She previously performed with Kids Acting in Austin in productions of The Descendants 3, The Wizard of Oz, and Beauty and the Beast. She loves singing, dancing, swimming, and playing the violin.

Juliette began classes with Rising Stars at the early age of five years old. Since, she has performed in a couple previous LTMT productions, as well as, the LVMS UIL Theater competitions. Juliette enjoys traveling and music, but her passion has always been fashion.

Maia is a seventh grader at Lago Vista Middle School, and she is excited to perform in her first production. She also enjoys cross country, horseback riding, baking, and quilting.

Cora is a fifth grader this year and is thrilled to be a part of the musical. Cora performed in Frozen Jr. as Little Elsa. Outside of her joy with theater and singing, Cora loves interacting with animals, playing soccer, reading, and participating in academic competitions.

Malia is a 6th grader at LVMS and this is her second performance with LTMT. She is excited to show off her dance moves as a Candy Man Kid and a German Dancer. Malia loves to cook and makes amazing chocolate chip cookies along with other delicious sweets. She loves to swim and does that year round. But most of all Malia enjoys attending shows whenever she can, with her family.

Trent Norman is a 6th grader and is excited to be back for his third performance with Rising Stars. He’s also performed in The Little Mermaid Jr. and Frozen Jr. Trent enjoys sports, gaming with friends, and traveling with his family. This past summer Trent and his family finished traveling to all 50 states.

Summer is a fifth grader and this is their fourth year being a part of the Rising Stars with roles in Aladdin Jr, Matilda Jr, Revolting Children performance at the 2021 Masquerade Ball, and Frozen Jr. They have a big heart for animals, enjoys music, and swimming. Summer is also a talented artist and has been drawing since they were three.

Emma is a sixth-grader this year and is excited to participate in Willy Wonka Jr. She has performed in four other Lake Travis Music Theatre shows, including The Little Mermaid Jr, Annie, Aladdin Jr, and Frozen Jr. Emma also loves dance, cheerleading, and her puppy, Joy.

Tate is in fifth grade this year and is glad to be a part of Willy Wonka. He has performed in two other Lake Travis Music Theatre shows, Aladdin Jr. and Frozen Jr. Tate loves all things sports specifically football, baseball, and basketball.

Avery is excited to perform in her first production with the Lake Travis Music Theatre. She has also participated in theatre at Lago Vista Middle School, where she is currently in the 8th grade. She loves playing volleyball, both at school and local teams.

Willy Wonka Jr. will be Lily’s fourth performance with the Rising Stars. She enjoys her role as a Candyman Kid and a German dancer. She loves singing and dancing on stage and looks forward to many more performances!

Lili is thrilled to be in her first musical performance. She is in 6th grade at LVMS and is involved in band and plays basketball. She loves her two cats, dog and enjoys drawing and being with friends in her free time.

Anabelle has been in Cinderella, Aladdin Jr., Annie, Grease, Beaut & the Beast Jr., Frozen Jr., and The Little Mermaid. In sixth grade she has been learning french horn. Additionally she has been playing many sports and camps this year including basketball, softball, soccer, and volleyball. She loves acting; the people involved are like family.

Avarey loves theatre, acting and singing. She was in LTMT performance of Frozen Jr. Avarey is a huge fan of Elvis. She loves her family, friends and pets. She loves spending time at her grandparents' farm. Avarey is a third grader at Lago Vista Elementary.

Peyton is excited to be in her first production. She is in third grade at Sterling Classical School. She enjoys drawing, crafting, and horses.

Ella is a 2nd grader and she is so excited for her first theatrical performance on stage! When not in theatre she loves to cheer, tumble and dance. She would like to thank her parents for their support and chauffeuring!

Aubrey is an enthusiastic 2nd grader. This is Aubrey's first theatrical performance, however, she has performed on stage in dance since the age of 2. Aubrey's favorite activity is cheerleading, gymnastics and learning the guitar. Aubrey is always eager to try new adventures!

Zoe started acting with LTMT at 5 years old. She is most happy when she’s on the stage. Zoe previously performed in LTMTs productions of Aladdin Jr. and Frozen Jr. She loves to dance, sing and cheer. She has been taking courses with Zach Theater for 2 years. Her dream is to perform on Broadway, and in 2022 she got to attend her first on Broadway show in NYC.

Alexei is in 2nd grade at Lago Vista Elementary. He is the oldest of 3 siblings and loves to command a room. Outside of theater he loves basketball, football and ice skating. He has performed in the Austin Figure Skating club’s rendition of The Nutcracker on Ice for the past 2 years. Alexei is excited to perform for friends and family locally here in Lago Vista.

Evelyn is excited to show her enthusiastic acting skills in this year's LTMT production. Last year she performed as an Anna in the pre-show of Frozen Jr. Evelyn enjoys singing and dancing on stage with her friends.

Harper is so excited to be in her first production! She is a vibrant homeschooler with a ton of energy and creativity. Harper loves to create her own shows, dances & songs, and never stops moving her body!

Emma has always been a natural born performer. She loves to be the center of attention and has a great sense of humor. Emma previously performed in the LTMT pre-show cast of Frozen Jr. and sings regularly with the Hill Country Singers youth choir. Emma loves to dance. She is excited for her first big debut as an Oompa-Loompa!

Cailey is super excited to be performing in her very first LTMT production! She is a student at Lago Vista Elementary School. Cailey is a sweet, energetic, very flexible, and overall, a kind loving girl that loves her extracurricular activities! She participates in football, golf, theatre and gymnastics!

Meredith is 8 years old and in the 3rd grade at Sterling Classical School. This is Meredith's 2nd year performing with Lake Travis Music Theater. She loved being part of the Frozen, Jr. production last year and is so excited to be an Oompa-Loompa in this year's production. Outside of theater, Meredith enjoys soccer, swimming, and hanging out with friends. Meredith would like to thank her mom and dad for their love and support. She also thanks director Ms. Barbara for allowing her to enjoy this valuable experience.

Ellie is excited to perform as an Oompa Loompa this year! She previously performed pre-show in Frozen Jr. She loves singing and dancing and of course, CANDY!

Henry is a third grader and this is his first theatrical performance. Henry loves to sing, swim, play violin and is excited to perform!

Amelie is a third grader at Sterling Classical School and is ready for her third production with the Lake Travis Music Theater. Amelie performed in both Aladdin Jr. (Monkey) and Frozen Jr. (Townsperson) and has has enjoyed learning from Mrs. Barbara, LTMT Staff and other performers over the last four years. Outside of theater Amelie loves all things adventure, animals, soccer and being with her friends. This year Amelie is prayerfully dedicating her performance to her ZsaZsa!

Bennett is a 1st grader and is more than ready for his first performance in Willy Wonka Jr! While his loud voice and talkative nature make him perfect for theatre, outside of theatre he loves golf, basketball and football. He’d like to thank his mom for his acting & dancing skills and his dad for his one ride to theatre practice!

Aubrie is a first grade student at Lago Vista Elementary School. She is eager to perform her very first theatrical role with Lake Travis Music Theatre. Aside from theatre, Aubrie will be entering her third season with North Lake Travis Little Golf League this spring at Point Venture Golf Club. She also prides herself in academics and really enjoys just being at home with her family, friends and pets.

Eden is a third grader at Lago Vista Elementary School and has been performing with the Lake Travis Music Theatre since 2021. Her debut performance with Rising Stars was as a Townsperson in Frozen Jr. Eden is thrilled to return to the stage this year acting the part of a Squirrel for Willy Wonka, Jr. She loves being a part of this talented community of friends! When not on stage, she loves singing, dancing, swimming, gymnastics, and spending time with her loving friends and family.

Willliam is in kindergarten at Sterling Classical School. He looks forward to letting his humor shine in his second production with the Lake Travis Music Theater as the silly squirrel. In 2022, William performed the opening song as Olaf in Frozen Jr. and has enjoyed learning from Mrs. Barbara, LTMT Staff, and other performers over the last two years. Outside of theater, you can find Willing playing baseball or any sport with his dad!
