Nicholas J. Clarey (Director/Set Designer) is Artistic Director of interACT Theatre Productions. He worked with and founded several theatre companies across the Northeast and served as Theatre Education Program Director at Dryden Schools near Ithaca, New York, before landing in NJ where he assumed the helm of interACT in 2012. Nicholas's and interACT's work have been repeatedly recognized by Broadway World, the NJ Perry Awards, and the Essex County Local Arts Program. interACT proudly represents Essex County through deliberately diverse casting, original works, and high-quality productions in the Maplewood-South Orange communities and beyond.

Holland is director of music ministry at Morrow Memorial United Methodist Church in Maplewood, NJ. He holds the DMA and MM degrees in choral conducting from Yale University and a BFA in piano performance from Carnegie Mellon University. Holland is an accomplished musical director in theatrical settings, currently serving as the Music Director in Residence with interACT Theatre Productions of Maplewood, NJ, with whom he has MD’d Carrie: The Musical, The Full Monty, Into The Woods, Leader of the Pack, Once Upon A Mattress, Clue, Sister Act, Legally Blonde, ...Forum, Pippin, and Wedding Singer. In 2016 he was nominated for an NJACT Perry Award for Outstanding Musical Direction for Big River. Prior to his appointment at Morrow Church, Holland was assistant director of choral ensembles at Cornell University. He is sought after as a piano teacher, vocal coach, and accompanist.

Other credits include Everybody, She Kills Monsters, Our Lady of 121st Street, Urinetown, The Balcony, Bring It On, Purgatory in Ingolstadt (Marymount,) Terrorism (Columbia,) A Midsummer Night’s Dream (LIU Post,) and Agnes of God (Summit Playhouse.) Katie holds a BFA from Shenandoah in MT and an MFA from VA Commonwealth in Theatre Pedagogy (Movement) and is a proud AEA and SAFD member.

Andrea's stage managed several adult and kids' productions at the CDC Theatre including Wizard of Oz, Twelfth Night, La Valentia, Les Miserables, La Casita Feliz, A Doll’s House Part 2, Carrie, Boni y Kin, and Footloose. Andrea co-founded the Hispanic Theatre Festival and stage manages for the CDC kids' classes and camp. She has a BA in Theatre and History from Ball State University and a Master’s in Children’s Media from Centennial College in Toronto. Andrea currently resides in Scotch Plains.

Brianna Marchitto is proud for her first opportunity as ASM with InterACT, this is now her fourth show with the company. Previous shows include, "Wedding Singer", "Eternal Flamer", "And then there were none". She's also done one show with the CDC theater for "Wizard Of Oz." Working with this amazing cast and crew has been a privilege, everyone break a leg!

David is a lighting designer who loves playing with strong use of texture, color and angle. David is a recent graduate of Penn State University where he pursued his BFA in Theatre Design & Technology in 2023. At Penn State, he has designed The Alexa Project, an interactive experience, and The Wild Party, both of which won him the Oliver Smith Award for Best Lighting Design. In the 2023 season, he designed Metamorphoses. Before Penn State, David was a graduate of Livingston High School in 2019 where he was their head lighting designer for their season. dhlighting.org
