Alex Martynetz (Ren McCormack)
Alex is thrilled to be back at the Burgdorff with InterAct! He has been part of the InterAct family since 2018, most recently as Glen Gulia in The Wedding Singer (‘23). InterAct has played a pivotal role in his acting career, offering him a place to hone his craft and work with some remarkably talented and caring people. Alex would like to dedicate this performance to Kathy Thomas (KT Productions), whose words “Rock ‘em” will forever be etched in his soul.
Amber J. Brown (Ariel Moore)
Amber is thrilled to be back for another interACT production! Some favorite stage credits are Ragtime (Sarah), Pippin (Catherine), Legally Blonde (Pilar), Something Like a Fairytale (Queen Linda), and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. Professionally, Amber is an accountant, so she is excited whenever she gets to be on stage. A Villanova alum, she was a member of the Supernovas a cappella group. Jason Benjamin (Rev. Shaw Moore)
Jason is thrilled to be back with interACT since appearing in And Then…, The Wedding Singer, and 1984. He is grateful to Nick Clarey for his trust with this role, to Holland Jancaitis for his leadership here and at Morrow Church, to this amazing cast and crew for their friendship and care and most importantly to his family: Rachael, Louisa, Elliot and Silas, for their love and support. May we all find courage in love to forgive, to grieve our losses and accept change. Amen.
Lisa Wolper (Vi Moore)
This is Lisa’s Debut with interACT Theater Productions and she could not be more excited to be playing the role of Vi! Lisa is incredibly grateful to all of her friends and family who have always supported and encouraged her. She would like to dedicate her performance to her lung donor. Lung transplant 11/5/2022
Emily Moran (Rusty (4/12, 14, 20, 26))
"Emily Moran is thrilled to have been given the opportunity to perform in this adaptation of Footloose the Musical. The friendships she has made throughout this process are ones that will last a lifetime! She would like to thank her friends and family for their unwavering support! Charlotte Vybihal (Rusty (4/13, 19, 21, 27))
Charlotte Vybihal (she/her) is thrilled to be making her interACT Theatre Productions debut as Rusty in Footloose! This is Charlotte’s 14th theatre production and she intends to continue studying theatre in future. Past productions include American Idiot (Soloist), Grease (Frenchy), Seussical Jr. (Mayzie), Willy Wonka jr. (Violet), The Surprising Story of the Three Little Pigs (Goldilocks). Luke Basile (Willard Hewitt)
Luke Basile is a professional singer and retail worker, and a graduate of Rutgers University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music/Vocal Performance. This is his first production with interACT Theatre Productions, having recently performed in Children of Eden with The Strollers at this same venue. Past credits also include parts in Into the Woods, A Christmas Carol, and Midnight Madness with the New Jersey Youth Theatre (ret. 2018). He hopes you enjoy the show!
Leila Tai Brown (Wendy Jo)
Leila is thrilled to return to interACT to cut Footloose! Previously she has appeared in Legally Blonde(Chutney), and Sister Act(Nunsemble) to name a few. Kate Croonquist (Urleen)
Kate Croonquist is thrilled to join the cast of Footloose in her second interACT production! She has previously appeared in Every Christmas Story Ever Told with interACT, Kinky Boots at Quisisana Resort, The Polar Express Train Ride, and Apple Tv's 'Manhunt' as Augusta! Kate studied performing at Savannah College of Art and Design and has a passion for golden retrievers. She would like to thank her family and friends for their continued support :)
Kaan Akyol (Chuck Cranston)
Kaan is thrilled to be back at interACT! His recent credits include Kenickie in Grease at Madison Public Theatre and Sammy in The Wedding Singer with interACT. He studied Meisner at the Houde School of Acting. When he is not on set or stage, Kaan can be found playing video games and watching horror movies with his wife and pets.
Erica Vieira (Ethel McCormack)
Erica is currently attending Saint Elizabeth University, achieving her Doctorate Degree in Psychology. She recently stared in WHATCO’s production of And Then There Were None as Vera Claythorne & made her Assistant Stage Manager debut with interACT’s And Then There Were None & CDC’s production of The Wizard of Oz. This performance is dedicated to Jacki Burt & the Pope John Players for inspiring me to have the courage to take control whatever it takes. Love & thanks to all my friends and family.
Steve Dodrv (Jeter)
Steve is thrilled to be playing the part of Jeter, and to be taking part in his second production with interACT! Outside of theatre, Steve is a music teacher and choir director. Joe is so excited to be playing Bickle in this exciting production of Footloose! Marquis Neal (Garvin)
Marquise is excited to be working on his first musical with interACT Theatre Productions. Since the age of seven Marquise has always loved performing on stage. Marquise has been seen in shows like, “High School Musical The Musical”, “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”, “A Shot Rang Out”, “Something Like A Fairytale”, and recently “Legally Blonde”. Also dabbling in puppeteering work, Marquise hopes to one day perform with The Muppets and Sesame Street. (u/s Ren)
Thomas Barbara (Travis)
Thomas is thrilled to be making his debut at interACT. Thomas is a Ramapo College of New Jersey alumni who obtained his B.A in Theater Stage Management and Directing in 2018. Last year, he also completed his M.A at his alma mater in Educational Leadership. Some of his previous roles include Grease (Sonny), Macbeth (Young Siward), Into the Woods (Steward), and Curtains (Ensemble). Heather Cozine (Eleanor Dunbar/Adult Ensemble) is thrilled to be making her interACT debut with this talented cast and creative team. Heather enjoys singing and acting throughout NJ. Whitney Pillsbury (Coach Roger Dunbar)
Whitney has performed as the dame in the annual Panto here at the Burgdorf. Whitney also had memorable roles in interACT productions of Full Monty, Big River and The Wedding Singer. He lives in South Orange with his husband (thank you John Clarke!) and is thrilled to be a part of this production.
Serena Marie Smith (Lulu Warnicker)
This is Serena's 12th production with interACT and is thrilled to be working with this wonderful cast! Her most recent stage appearance was Gloria: A Life (OffBook Productions). Some past theatre credits include Only Human: Stories of Connection, Pippin, The Revolutionists, and Bunnies. Serena is also a proud ACE member of the NJ Creative Arts Collaborative (NJCAC), a film/TV/voiceover actress, and an aerialist. She sends a BIG “thank you” to her family & friends! Miguel is once again thrilled to be back on stage with interACT Theater Productions! He was last seen in interACT’s 2023 Spring musical Th Wedding Singer as Robbie Hart. Past shows with interACT include 1984, Pippin, War Of The Worlds and Dracula. He was also in every interACT Sings showcase since 2019! David Odukoya (Cop/Band Member/Ensemble)
David is thrilled to be making his interACT debut in this exciting production of Footloose. A singer and musician for many years, he caught the bug for musical theater and has performed in several productions. He was most recently featured in "Panama", “The Book of Esther” and “Jekyll and Hyde”. He is excited and looking forward to collaborate with a highly talented cast and crew.
Sarah Davis (Cowgirl/Ensemble)
This is Sarah's first show with interACT (as well as in New Jersey). She was previously played Mrs. Phelps in "Matilda," and Ensemble in "Nunsense," "The Wizard of Oz," and "A Christmas With Scrooge," in California. Janet Painter (Betty Blast/Ensemble)
Janet is delighted to be returning for her 6th interACT show in the roll of Betty Burst. She is happy to be cast as the Burger Queen in a juicy meaty roll,ahem role!
Mary Ann Bonczek (Ensemble)
Mary Bonczek (Choir/Ensemble) is thrilled to be part of Footloose. This is her 3rd production with interACT. Mary attended the NJ School of Dramatic Arts then studied Drama in NYC. Her most recent performance was in Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. Mary's other passions are tap/ jazz dance and studying Martial Arts. Danielle "Dani" Bouie (Ensemble)
Dani is so excited to be a part of her 3rd production with interAct Theatre Productions! Previously being a part of the cast of Legally Blonde (TV Reporter/ Ensemble) and The Wedding Singer (Tina Turner Impersonator/ Crystal/ Featured Dancer), she is so happy that she gets to share the stage once again with her interAct family. She would like to thank God first and foremost, her family and friends, her loving boyfriend and her two beautiful kids, Daniel and Mya, for believing in her.
Jessie Dromsky-Reed (Featured Dancer/Ensemble)
Jessie's recent credits include: Grease (Cha Cha & Dance Captain); A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Dance Captain); The Book of Will (Alice); Kiss Me, Kate (Dance Captain); and Tuck Everlasting (Dance Captain). In high school, as part of the New Jersey Ballet Company’s Junior Company, she performed at NJPAC, Mayo PAC, and the Papermill Playhouse. Jessie teaches ballet and modern dance at Rad Theatricals.
Hannah Gaston (Featured Dancer/Ensemble)
Hannah is delighted to be joining the cast of Footloose, marking her fourth role with interACT. Previous credits include House on Haunted Hill (Rebecca Valifax/Ghost), 1985 (Jules), and The Wedding Singer (Cyndi Lauper Impersonator). The last time Hannah was in Beaumont was her sophomore year of high school, so she is excited to return to the story. Hannah would like to thank the cast and crew, and Roger, behind the scenes, for putting up with all the dance practice in the living room.
Cherise Graham (Featured Dancer/Ensemble)
Cherise Graham is delighted to be a part of interACTS production of Footloose! This is Cherise's first show with interACT. Cherise has done many productions including but not limited to Mamma Mia, Chicago and Matilda. She would like to thank her friends and family for always supporting her, her cast mates for giving her a second family and lastly Nick, Holland and Katie for giving her this amazing role. Ronni McAllister (Ensemble) is thrilled to be back with interACT! A graduate of AMDA and a recent transplant to New Jersey, Ronni hopes that every time she gets onstage is a step forward for trans visibility in theatre. Past credits include The Wedding Singer (George), Once (Andrej), and A Chorus Line (Swing). Ronni sends endless love and thanks to Vix, Jack, Grayson, Jason, Rachael, Erica, Dani and everyone who has supported her journey and made the past year of her life wonderful!
Kristin Myles (Featured Dancer/Ensemble)
Kristin Myles has been acting since she was 4 years old. From music videos , commercials, shows and a movie to her first musical play. She is so excited to be a part of interACT this year and can’t wait to be a part of many more.
Shannon O'Grady (Featured Dancer/Dance Captain/Ensemble)
Shannon is thrilled to be part of the cast and acting as dance captain in Footloose! This is her third show with interACT. She has a background in vocal performance and education from Seton Hall and a Masters in education from William Paterson. Shannon works as a special education teacher in Nutley. After a few year hiatus from the stage, she is grateful to perform again! Shannon would like to thank everyone in the cast and crew for such an amazing experience full of positivity and joy! Sophia Rounsavill (Ensemble) is thrilled to be making her on-stage debut. Having previously worked with interACT as a crew member on "The Wedding Singer" and "And Then There Were None," she is excited to finally join the cast. She thanks her family for their support and her fellow cast members for welcoming her into the theater world and helping her to find her footing.
Grayson Weiss (Featured Dancer/Ensemble)
Grayson Weiss has been performing since age three and since then they haven’t been able to get enough of it. As his very first show in an adult theater, Grayson is immensely excited to be a part of interACT. A few of his favorite past roles have been Ralph - Kiss Me Kate (Union High School), Ms McQueen - Urinetown (CDC), and Kevin - Mean Girls (Pebble Players).
