About Lee Lue The Musical

 

Set in 1960s Laos, Lee Lue the Musical tells the story of Lee Lue, a village teacher who becomes one of the first pilots from his Hmong community, an ethnic minority in Laos. Amid a hidden war, he rises as a symbol of courage, guided by the love of his wife, Jou. This vibrant, culture-rich musical celebrates bravery, resilience, and the sacrifices made to protect family and homeland.
