Ellie and Joan Meet G and Fee Cast

Angela Dias (Ellie/Playwright)
I’m so pleased that my first play has been included in the Herstory Happy Hour series. Thanks Ginny! I’ve acted in a number of shows in the Greater Hartford area, most recently in Little Theatre of Manchester’s “Murder on the Orient Express.” Other LTM credits include “August Osage County,” “Sons of the Prophet,” and “Other Desert Cities,” (virtual.) Other credits include productions at Windham Theatre Guild, Broadbrook Opera House, Chestnut Street Theatre and Dionysus Theatre. This cast is made up of wonderful actors who I’m privileged to call my friends. I thank them for their time and their help in getting me out of my comfort zone.
Debi Freund (Joan)
Debi is thrilled to be appearing in this new show by Angela Dias. She has appeared in numerous theaters throughout the state. Favorite roles include: Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Doubt, The Lion in Winter, Two Rooms, The Remarkable Thing about Stardust, and Misery. In New York, Debi starred in William Saroyan’s Hello Out There at the Little Church Around the Corner. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Bill Emerson (Fee)
Bill is an actor and playwright working in the Greater Hartford area. My recent roles include Ben Weeks in The Normal Heart, Frank in Over The River and Through the Woods, Charlie in August: Osage County, and Ike in Oklahoma. I am very excited to be making my first appearance with Herstory Theater, particularly in Angela’s play writing debut. So proud, so proud.

Missing theatre, Love theatre, happy to be doing this new play 
Billy winter (G)
Billy Winter is a Glastonbury, CT native and received his B.S. in Theater from Skidmore College. He has also trained with Shakespeare and Company in Lenox, MA. Billy has made a home for himself at Little Theatre of Manchester in several facets; acting in The Normal Heart (Tommy) and Mamma Mia! (Eddie), assistant directing Murder on the Orient Express and Other Desert Cities, and stage managing their virtual productions through 2020. He also directed the virtual readings of The Receptionist and We Three Queens, a new work by Jacques Lamarre. Billy greatly looks forward to returning to the stage post-COVID.
