Amy is a freshman at GMHS. She has participated in Vaudevillities since age 4, but this is her first show with the Cruiser Theatre Company. She takes great pictures of sunsets.

Jillian Dodson
Jillian is a junior at GMHS. She has done set construction for The Addams Family, Les Examables, Hammered: A Thor and Loki Play, Persephone Underground, and this play, A Midsummer Night's Dream. She also acted in Persephone Underground. Her experience with A Midsummer Night's Dream has been great; she always enjoys the warm and fun-loving environment. Jillian would like to thank Mrs. Patterson, who keeps her going, for making Statecraft fun and amusing for her. She'd also like to thank her best friend Winnie for convincing her to be a part of theater because she's loved it ever since.

Cadence is a sophomore at GMHS. She was previously in a production of the Three Little Pigs in third grade as the Big Bad Wolf. Outside of theatre, she is also in the Cruiser Band.

Robert Hosier
Robert Hosier is a composer from the Greater Cleveland area who writes music in a diverse array of styles, with an emphasis on the visceral and profound emotional impact that musical moments can have. He has Bachelor in Music Composition from Bowling Green State University, and Master of Music Composition from Cleveland State University. In addition to the music you hear in this show, Robert has written for the Cleveland Chamber Symphony's Y&E Composers Series, as well as BGSU's MicroOpera series. It is his hope that this show will bring you inspiration and wonder.

Brandon Lively
Mr. Lively has been involved with the Cruiser Theatre Company for 13 years. He currently serves as the auditorium manager and as a building sub at GMHS. He has previously worked as a sound engineer for Avenue Q at the OLNEY Theatre Center and was the sound designer for After the Fall at Otterbein University. He's had a wonderful time being involved in A Midsummer Night's Dream; it has been an interesting process helping to bring Shakespeare to life onstage and has allowed him to exercise his creative problem solving abilities. He would like to thank Erin McLaughlin for involving him in the show and his wife for her patience with him.

Judy Lively
Mrs. Lively has been involved with the Cruiser Theatre program for over 14 years. She has been the office manager for the program for the past 5 years. She is also involved in the Groveport Community Choir that annually performs at GMHS. She is managing our web-based ticket sales. She has a BA degree in Bible with an emphasis on deaf ministries, interprets at her church on Sundays, and has always loved musical theatre. She would like to thank her kids for getting involved with the theatre program while they were here at Groveport in school. She would like to thank her husband for letting her continue to be involved in the Cruiser Theatre all these years, as well as the current students for letting her be a part of their productions. She especially thanks Erin Mclaughlin for letting be her sidekick and all she does for the Theatre program. It's always great to be a Cruiser!

Micaela Patterson
This is Mrs. Patterson's 18th year as an Art Teacher here at GMHS. She has worked on the theatrical sets for 17 years, and has created the sets for many different shows in her time here at GMHS. She loves the problem solving that goes into creating the different set pieces for each show and making something beautiful from nothing. Super thanks to her set construction crew who always help her with the build sessions; with extra special thanks to Jillian Dodson. She is so glad that we were able to work together for this play, and she looks forward to working on the Spring Musical!

Corey Ragan
Corey Ragan (he, him, his) is a director and teaching artist based out of Columbus, Ohio. He graduated in May with his M.F.A. in directing from Ohio University, where he developed his love for Shakespearean comedy. As an artist, he focuses on stories that fall at the intersection of entertainment and education. His biggest priority for any production or class is cultivating and spreading joy to all involved. Selected directing credits include: Ohio University: People, Places, & Things, Big Love, Engagements. Endeavor Theatre: Young Americans or Stargirl Was Here.

Penny Riley
Mrs. Riley has been helping out with costuming and where needed for 4 years now. It has been a blast working with the kids and seeing them grow as actors. Seeing each student become their character once they put on their costume is why she loves to help. She would like to thank Erin McLaughlin for giving her the opportunity to help and allowing me some creative license. Thanks to all the parents for allowing your child the chance to share their talents with the rest of us. Many thanks to the high school staff for all they do to help with props, student supervision, and getting things cleaned up. It is wonderful that we can keep on performing despite the ongoing pandemic. The show must go on!!! And a huge thank you to Erin McLaughlin for all her time, patience, and willingness to let the students blossom on stage.

This is Mrs. McLaughlin's (she/her/hers) fifth year at Groveport Madison High School. Some of her favorite productions have been Almost, Maine, Nooses Off!, Hammered: A Thor and Loki Play, and A Midsummer Night's Dream. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to produce live theatre again and beyond proud of everyone--cast, crew, and staff--involved in this show. She would like to thank Brandon and Judy Lively for all of their help and support and for keeping her sane through the production process. She would also like to thank her husband, friends, and family for their love and kindness and support. To the cast and crew: Break a leg!
