Drinking Habits Cast

Sister Philamena (Tanya Johnson)
Tanya is a veteran of the stage and definitely likes to perform in comedies best of all. She’s kind of ridiculous in real life and finds that people tend to laugh at her. On stage, her disability is actually an asset! She hopes that you enjoy the show and commit to return to see her in many future shenanigans.
Sister Augusta (Tania Young)
This is Tanya Young's debut into the acting world. She has always appreciated the theatre from afar, but this is her first time on the stage! She is appearing as Sister Augusta in Drinking Habits. She has had a great time working with this cast and director and would like to thank the cast for their patience and for helping her through this new and fun process. She dedicates her performance to her newly born first grandson, Eli John Shultz!
Mother Superior (Michelle Krumberger)
Michelle Krumberger lives in Northern Campbell County and spends most of her time with cows. She also enjoys camping, kayaking, and being in the mountains. Michelle has enjoyed getting to know and work with the wonderful cast, director, and assistant director of Drinking Habits. This is her first attempt at acting so please stifle the urge to throw rotten fruit at her. Money is okay as she has two kids in college.
Paul Billings (Johnathan Borrego)
Johnathan Borrego- Johnathan has been involved with Gillette Community Theater for over 5 years. You may have seen him onstage in other productions such as MASH, An Evening of Culture, and Night of the Living Dead. He has also has been an assistant director (Mindswap) and co-director (Night of the Living Dead). Whether he is onstage, backstage, or in the audience, theater is a hobby he thoroughly enjoys taking part in. He would like to thank his family and friends for their constant love and support. He would also like to thank the cast and crew for their never-ending patience and guidance. His performance is dedicated to his nephews Gabriel, Johnny and Donald. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Groundskeeper George (Bud Miller)
Bud Miller has been acting with Gillette Community Theatre for eight years, starting with Blues Clues the Musical ten years ago. His favorite part of theatre is the development of camaraderie with the cast from the very first rehearsal until closing night. Preparing for his role of George Donnally can be like gardening: it's hard work at the start, but after it's done and shown, it's wonderful to see.
Sally Andrews (Johanna Cryer)
Johanna, 29, is originally from Texas and moved to Gillette, Wyoming in the fall of 2019. While Drinking Habits is her first production with GCT, she has been doing theatre since she was 10 years old. She has been in 18 productions, with Drinking Habits being number 18. She has played a number of roles, her favorites include The Gatekeeper in The Littlest Angel, Perkins in Sherlock Holmes and the Hound of Baskerville, Aunt March in Little Women, Lilly Belle in Curious Savage, and, her most challenging role yet, Prince John in The Lion in Winter. Sally is a new favorite on the list of characters she has played. Johanna hopes to play Sally once again in the sequel to Drinking Habits. Johanna has experience in Set Design, Costume Design, Prop Master, Stage Hands, Writing, and has directed a One Act Play while in college. She is excited to be a part of GCT and is looking forward to being a part of a theatre family again after having been without one for over 5 years.
Sister Mary Catherine (Rosie Anderson)
Rosie Anderson is thrilled to be a part of the cast of Drinking Habits, her first time on stage where she won't be singing and dancing as well. Some of her previous musical performances include: Hello Dolly, Newsies, The Music Man, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Pirates of Penzance, HONK, Marry Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, Annie, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and You're A Good Man Charlie Brown. Rosie's favorite performance memory is being a member of Gillette College's Energy City Voices, during her freshman year of college. She would like to thank her family for always supporting her. She loves the stage and hopes you enjoy the show!
Father Chenille (Mike Conway)
Mike Conway has been an actor his whole life, both on and off the stage. This got him in trouble a lot when he was in school (I'm here to do what, now?), at least until he was cast in the CCHS drama "Go Ask Alice." While the role was small, he was hooked on stage acting. He was unable to do any acting for many years afterward, although he still yearned for the stage once more. When he returned to Gillette to take care of his mother following the passing of his father, he learned of Gillette Community Theatre and signed up, taking on the role of Radar in M*A*S*H, and then continued taking on more roles. After a sabbatical, Mike is having a blast playing Father Chenille, and looks forward to more. He also plays the superhero Super C on YouTube in a series he also writes, Café Super.
