Gary Bradley (Scribe/Guard)
Gary Bradley is the Artistic Director of Ghostlight Players and is happy to be performing for the 5th time with the company. Previous Ghostlight credits include Cliff Bradshaw in Cabaret, Mr. Collins in Pride and Prejudice, Corporal Howard in A Few Good Men and Adam/Flip in The Apple Tree. Previous directing credits with Ghostlight include 12 Angry Men, 1776, and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. This past December, he adapted and directed A Christmas Carol.
Connor Burke (De Stogumber)
Connor Burke is incredibly excited to be making his Ghostlight debut in Saint Joan! Past favorite roles include Ernie Mac & Friends (Puffs, Staten Island Shakespeare Company), Sylvester (Survive! The Musical, Aftershock Entertainment), and Bobby (Company, Elizabethtown College), among others. He would like to thank Mitch, Victoria, and the entire cast and crew for all their hard work and dedication, along with his parents and friends for their support. Enjoy the show!
The Dauphin (Anthony Casiano )
This is Anthony’s second production with Ghostlight Players, having portrayed Henderson, the Axe Murderer in The Man Who Came to Dinner last January! Past local theatre credits include Man of La Mancha, Gypsy, 42nd Street, Beauty and the Beast and Mamma Mia. His most recent credit was playing Joe Pitt in Angels in America: Part 1 and 2 this past year at Seaview Playwrights Theatre. He would like to thank his family and friends for all the support on and off the stage. He would also like to thank Mitch and Victoria for the wonderful opportunity and the cast and crew for an awesome experience. Breaks legs!
John Cayton (Bishop Cauchon)
John is delighted to be back with Ghostlight for this production of Saint Joan. Most recent roles include John Hancock in 1776 with Ghostlight and Dan Haywood in Judgement at Nuremburg with Staten Island Shakespearean Theater. I would like to thank Mitch and Ghostlight for this opportunity and even more, say thank you to my wife, Kathy for her love and support during this production and throughout the epic journey of our lives together.
Jack Dabdoub (D'Estivet)
Jack Dabdoub is thrilled to return to the Ghostlight stage for the first time since 2019, when he appeared in The Fantasticks, Twelve Angry Men, and 1776. Since then Jack has performed in various roles for Staten Island Shakespearean Theatre and just finished The Children at Seaview Playwright’s Theatre. He and his wife Rina perform regularly in their zombie punk cabaret The Flesh Junkies.
Joseph De Sena (BluebeardLadvaneau)
This is Joe’s second show with Ghostlight Productions. In fact, his first Ghostlight show, The Man Who Came To Dinner, was when he started acting again after the pandemic. Since then, he has also had the pleasure of being a part of Sundog Theatre’s production of 1984, and In The Wings’ Guys & Dolls. Joe would like to thank Mitch for giving him the opportunity to be a part of this production, as well as the whole cast for their hard work in bringing Saint Joan to life. He hopes to work with Ghostlight again in the near future.
Alexandra Gullo (Steward/Gentleman/u/s Joan)
This is Alexandra’s very first performance working with Ghostlight Players! New to the theatre scene, her past roles include Megan Jones in Staten Island Shakespeare’s “Puffs” this past October, as well as Salarino and the Prince of Morocco in Staten Island Shakespeare’s “The Merchant of Venice” this past July! She would like to give a huge thanks to her sister, Victoria, for being her biggest inspiration. She would also like to give a warm thank you to Mitch, as well as the cast and crew, for all the hard work they put in to make this show a reality.
Lloyd Lerner (Lord Chamberlain La Tremouille)
Lloyd Lerner was a professional club date musician, singer and playing keyboards for 25 years. He retired as a Director of Decision Support for hospitals. Lloyd has performed in many IlluminArts productions as part of a senior ensemble, and occasionally as Musical Director. He made his Ghostlight debut in The Apple Tree, playing the Director and singing and dancing in the ensemble.
Ritty Mahoney (La Hire/LeMaitre)
Ritty has been doing plays on Staten Island since the 1970s. He likes the people that he does these plays with. He finds it relaxing to pretend that a whole bunch of fake stuff is happening.
Abby McNulty (Joan)
This is Abby’s first production with Ghostlight Players. Her previous credits include Uncle Vanya (Yelena), The Merchant of Venice (Portia) and Troilus & Cressida (Helen of Troy) with Staten Island Shakespearean Theatre Company. She would like to thank Mitch, Victoria, Frank, and the rest of the cast and crew for their creativity and support. This show she would like dedicate to her dad, John McNulty III, who always came to her shows.
Christopher Neske (Scribe/Guard)
Christopher studied Performing Arts in his native Australia and began performing on Staten Island in 2019. He most recently portrayed Bob Cratchit in Ghostlight Players’ version of Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” and is proud to be once again performing with the company in Shaw’s “Saint Joan”.
Tony Sallemi (DeBaudricourt/Executioner)
This is Tony’s first appearance with the Ghostlight Players, and he wants to thank Mitch, his cast mates, crew, and the Ghostlight creative team for the opportunity help tell this classic story. Tony has worked in theater (both staged and interactive), films, web casts, music videos, and radio plays. Among his theatrical credits are productions with the Staten Island Shakespearean Theatre (“Judgment at Nuremberg,” “Much Ado About Nothing,” “Antigone,” “Richard III,” “The Curse of the Starving Class,” “Waiting For Lefty,” “Uncle Vanya”), Seaview Playwrights Theatre (“A View From The Bridge,” “The Rose Tattoo,” “Twelve Angry Men”), The Little Victory Theatre (“Arsenic and Old Lace”), The Gallery Players (“Polikushka”), LiveIn Theatre (“The Ryan Case-1873”), and Bedlam Ensemble (“Outside Providence”). Tony has also appeared in several feature length films, independent short films, and documentaries concerning veteran’s issues.
Tom Shcherbenko (De Paulengey/Guard)
Tom is overjoyed at being a part of this show and sincerely grateful to all of his family, friends, and members of the Staten Island theatre community for their continued support and encouragement. This is Tom's third appearance with Ghostlight, he appeared this past December as the Ghost of Christmas Present and in Ghostlight's production of 1776 as the Reverend Jonathan Witherspoon.
Charles Sullivan (Archbishop of Rheims)
Charles Sullivan is the Executive Producer of Ghostlight Players. Past Ghostlight experiences include directing Five Women Wearing the Same Dress as well as Pride and Prejudice. Past acting credits include Benjamin Franklin in 1776, Herr Schultz in Cabaret, The Ghost of Christmas Present in A Christmas Carol and Sheridan Whiteside in The Man Who Came to Dinner all at Ghostlight, and Big Daddy in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Sir Thomas More in A Man for All Seasons, and Ebenezer Scrooge in Jacob Marley's Christmas Carol. Thanks to the wonderful cast and creative team for bringing my father's favorite playwright to Ghostlight.
Ken Tirado (Warwick)
Ken is making his first appearance in a Ghostlight Players, but it is his third "St. Joan", having appeared as Dunois 40 years ago in a SIST production with director Maglio. At Sea View Playwright's Theatre Tirado played The Dauphin over 35 years ago. These days, his youth and beauty fading, Tirado mostly stays backstage working on scenery and directing. Tirado thanks Mitch and the cast of many friends both old and new, and his family for somehow muddling through without him as he plays in his sandbox.
Frank West (Dunois)
Frank is ecstatic to appear in his fifth Ghostlight production and is proud to share the stage with the delightful cast and crew. Previous roles include Doc in Crimes of the Heart, Jason in Sweat, Richard in The Humans, Charles Thomson in 1776, and Paul in Barefoot In The Park.
