Artistic Director
Doug DeGirolamoDoug DeGirolamo has been active in theatre for more than 15 years, directing and performing in productions across Texas and Louisiana. His directing credits include Company, The 39 Steps, Matilda, and The Rocky Horror Show, among many others. He previously led artistic programming at Thibodaux Playhouse in Louisiana and Hill Country Theatre in Central Texas, and he now serves as Artistic Director of the Gaslight-Baker Theatre. Doug began his career at Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival after earning his BA in Theatre Arts from DeSales University. He is grateful for the support of his wife, Julia, and for the chance to share meaningful, memorable theatre with the community.

Stage Manager
Emma UtzingerEmma has been involved with theater for 13 years as an actor and a stagehand. She was previously Stage Manager in Annie Get Your Gun and Stage Hand in Something Rotten!. When not in the theater, she loves traveling with her family, cooking, and reading. She is very grateful for this amazing experience with such a wonderful cast and crew.

Assistant Director
Billie GuffeyBillie is so excited to be back at the Gaslight Theatre, not as an actor but as a part of the production team. Although this is her first time assistant directing a full-scale musical, Billie has directed and choreographed cabarets, staged readings, and short scenes during her years at Texas State. Billie is very grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow as a director, especially on a show as spectacular and wild as this.

Jaimie CouchJaimie has a background in music education, she first entered community theater in the ensemble of "Something Rotten" here at the GBT and "Phoebe" for Gentleman's Guide in Bastrop. She couldn't be more grateful for this kind and talented cast/crew to work with as they rehearsed the Time Warp ...Again! Many thanks to her family and friends who continue to support and encourage her.

Sarah MillsSarah Mills is a 20-year-old dancer from Victoria, Texas, who has been immersed in the art of dance since the age of four. She has trained at renowned institutions including Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles, Streetz Dance Convention, Monsters Hip Hop Dance Tour, and Dance Unlimited in Buda, Texas. A former member of a competitive dance company, Sarah competed for five years, developing her skills across multiple styles and techniques. Onstage, Sarah has performed in numerous productions at Theatre Victoria, including featured dancer roles in The Little Mermaid and The Wizard of Oz, as well as a role in Footloose. She also shares her expertise as an instructor in hip hop, tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, and acrobatic arts at the Ballet Academy of South Texas and has choreographed productions such as Elf the Musical and Something Rotten at the Baker Theatre, as well as High School Musical at St. Joseph High School. The Rocky Horror Show marks her fifth choreographic production, and she has greatly enjoyed collaborating with such a talented cast. She continues to pursue her dance education while inspiring others with her vibrant spirit and dedication to the performing arts.

Sarah Lee HughesSara Lee has been involved in visual art and theater since elementary school. She is the face behind the paintings at Sara Lee Hughes Fine Arts, (saraleehughes.com) . She has worked as a scenic for Oliphant Studios NY, Studio Assistant to Tony Award winning Costume Designer Greg Barnes and Scenic Charge for Texas State University from 2010-2014. Her tv/film credits include The Leftovers (Warner Bros. HBOSeason2), The Son (AMC Season 1 and 2) and The Long Road Home (National Geographic). She teaches Art at the Lockhart Montessori School. Costumer
Jessica ChambersJessica Chambers is excited to be working with the Gaslight Baker Theatre for the first time! Jessica is a farmer, dog trainer and creates custom costumes for Halloween and special events. When not chasing chickens, making jelly, teaching dogs how to put up with people, or making horrifying masks out of abandoned wasp nests, she is an avid reader and music lover. Jessica is thankful to have this chance to work with other creative people.

Sound Engineer
Josh SchaeferBorn and raised in Lockhart, Josh spent many of his formative years on stage with the Lockhart Community Theater. He has worked for over 15 years as an engineer with various studios and venues around central Texas and is excited to use his experience to give back to his hometown theater!

Lighting Designer
Mo BurtonMo is stoked to be joining GBT’s production of the Rocky Horror show! No stranger to the tech booth, she known to haunt the behind-the-scenes. Most recently she worked as the lighting designer for Pride and Prejudice, done ant the Gaslight-Baker Theater earlier this year. Other notable shows include many years of Vaudevilles, Elf: The Musical, and Daughter of Saint Nicholas. If anyone can find the totem that links her soul to the creative heart of Lockhart, please let her know. Enjoy this ‘science fiction double feature’!
