The Full Monty Cast

Trenton is excited to be involved in another show at The Empty Space, and happy to be welcoming an audience back as well. You may have seen him previously as himself in The Subject Is, or as Sammy in The Wedding Singer. He would like to thank his girlfriend’s cat, Toulouse, for her endless love and support.

Ariel is beyond excited and thrilled to be a part of this fun production. She has been in Bright Star, The Subject Is, and Mamma Mia. When she isn't on stage or in the audience, she is teaching 3rd to the best kiddos ever.

Katelyn is excited to be back at The Empty Space and a part of such a fun show. Previous credits include The Subject Is and Assassins, both here at TES. She’d like to thank the cast and crew for making it a great experience.

Jordan has a predilection for playing the creeps, outcasts, and generally despicable denizens that populate many a show in the Bakersfield theatre scene. You hopefully loved (to hate) him as Modred in Camelot, Bob Sheldon in The Outsiders, or Glen Guglia in The Wedding Singer. Maybe you even rooted for him as Emmett Forrest in Legally Blonde. Either way, he's excited to bring you his surly yet loveable corporate drone, Harold, in this wonderful production at his second home, The Empty Space. He thanks his family, friends, cat children, enemies, blackmailers, and formidably talented co-star/girlfriend Missy Lonsinger for letting him indulge in his craft. To end on a quote that the great Mister Rogers said about The Full Monty: come for the booty, stay for the heart.

While Julie really enjoys the challenges of new platforms for theatre, and was fortunate to be in a few virtual productions during the shut-down, she is so excited, albeit nervous as it has been two years, to be back onstage with a group of people she adores and can actually HUG! Julie thanks Kristina, Jeremiah, Jill, & Skiby for letting her truly come alive again; she hopes you enjoy the show! Some of Julie’s favorite roles over the years include: Della (The Cake); Bunny Watson (The Desk Set); Grandma Rosie (The Wedding Singer); and Fraulein Schneider (Cabaret).

Tevin is happy to be back at The Empty Space after a three year break! His most recent credits include Henry Higgins (My Fair Lady), Hedwig and the Angry Inch, and Belize (Angels in America). He hopes you enjoy the show… and the view.

Eric is a newcomer to the Bakersfield theater scene. He made his stage debut at The Ovation Theater in Newsies just before the pandemic. Wasting no time during the lockdown, he quickly cemented his presence at The Empty Space by participating in its Drive-In Live! and joining the board as its Facilities Director. He is very excited to be taking his first step towards working in the entertainment industry.

Ciaran is excited to make his Empty Space debut as Nathan. He has played the Baby Elephant Bird in Seussical The Musical, Joe Crowell Jr. and Wally Webb in Our Town, and a troublesome monkey in The Jungle Book. Big thanks to Kristina and Jeremiah for this opportunity, and bigger thanks to his parents for their support.

Missy feels so blessed to be performing in a live show again, and there’s no better place to do it than The Empty Space! With a B.A. in Theatre and a long history of shows under her belt (some favorites being The Wedding Singer, Chicago, Funeral Parlor, and Picasso at the Lapin Agile), she’s so excited to be back on stage creating this show with such a wonderful and talented cast and crew. As always, she is grateful to God, her family, and her incredibly talented boyfriend, Jordan Fulmer, for their continued love and support (and for Jordan being willing to show his cute butt on stage)!

Eric is happy to finally be back after a long (involuntary) break from performing. He was last seen in Reefer Madness. He wants to thank his friends and family for being there during the rough year. Get ready for the FULL MONTY.

Alex is happy to be back on stage after a long while of staying at home. He would like to thank his partner, Bryn, for her continued support, his director, Kristina Saldaña, for yet another amazing opportunity for artistic growth, and YOU for supporting our theatre and the arts. Some of Alex's favorite TES roles include Seymour (The Little Shop of Horrors), Drew (Rock of Ages), and The Balladeer (Assassins).

Tessa feels immensely fortunate to be back on stage with a cast filled with so many friends. Some of her most recent credits include: Newsies (Katherine Plumber) at Ovation Theatre, Crazy For You (Polly Baker) at Stars, & My Fair Lady (Eliza Doolittle) at the Empty Space. Tessa sends her love to her family, friends, & cast.

Victoria is so excited and thankful to jump back into live theater with such a fun cast and crew. She has been seen in several local productions before, both in person and via zoom. And after this past year, she is all too grateful for the opportunity to "Let It Go" with her dear theater friends and family once again.

Nick is happy to be back at The Empty Space with so many friends! Credits include: Newsies (Jack), Its a Wonderful Life (George), Bright Star (Billy), The Grapes of Wrath (Tom), A Chorus Line (Paul), Water by the Spoonful (Elliot), She Loves Me (Georg), Parade (Leo), Assassins (Sam), Bonnie and Clyde (Clyde), Of Mice and Men (George), Romeo and Juliet (Romeo), In the Heights (Usnavi), Mary Poppins (Bert), and West Side Story (Bernardo). Matilyn is excited to be performing in her first show ever! She majored in Administration of Justice at Bakersfield College and graduated with an A.S. Degree. Matilyn will be attending San Diego State University in Fall 2021 majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Theatre, Film, and Television. In her free time she likes to cosplay as her favorite characters from TV shows or video games.

Nate has been acting in shows for a long time and he enjoys doing it very much. His favorite role to date was Buck in Bonnie and Clyde. Nate would like to thank his friends and The Empty Space. He hopes you enjoy the show.

Julia is not an actress and this is her first show at The Empty Space. She received her B.A. in English and minor in Theatre from CSU Bakersfield, and most recently received an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from CSU Long Beach. She would like to thank her cat, Toulouse, for her endless love and support.

Emily is excited to be back in the theatre after a long year and a half inside, and back onstage for the first time since having kids! In her spare time, you can find her choreographing for high school productions and making pretty cups. She would like to thank Kristina for the opportunity to perform with her friends again, her husband Justin for holding down the fort at home, and her boys (Andy & Arlo) for all their love.

Salvador is delighted to return to the Space and to live Bakersfield theatre. He kept busy during quarantine as Death in a couple of Zoom shows, and is currently completing his bachelor’s at UC Davis. He’s grateful to Kristina and TES for the opportunity to return to live performance, as well as the cast for their awesome energy.
