Octavio Montes De Oca (Jordan)Octavio Montes De Oca is a Chicago-based director and actor. As a first-generation Mexican American, his work centers Latine and immigrant narratives, movement-driven performance, and new play development. He holds a BFA in Acting from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a graduate of THE ACADEMY at Black Box Acting. Octavio is a resident director and company member with Port of Entry at Albany Park Theatre Project. He is honored to collaborate with Eclectic on The Red Lion, a play that interrogates the fragile line between devotion and exploitation in the pursuit of the game you love. IG: @octavio.montess. Daniel Houle (Yates)Daniel Houle – Daniel is excited to be producing live theater again. He received his BFA in acting from the University of Rhode Island in 2000 before touring with The National Players. Since Moving to Chicago in 2002 Daniel has worked with Bohemian Theater Ensemble, Prop Theater, Oak Park Festival Theater, Teatro Vista, Speaking Ring Theater Company, American Theater Company, Step Up Productions, City Lit, Timeline Theater Silk Road Rising, Drury Lane, Steep Theater, Paramount Theater and is a company member with Eclectic Full Contact Theatre. Daniel also works in the Commercial and Voice Over worlds representing a variety of products. His network television credits include Chicago PD and Chicago Fire. Daniel would like to thank his family and friends for their continued love and support.
Andrew Pond (Kidd)Andrew J. Pond: is thrilled to be appearing as Kidd in “The Red Lion”, and appearing onstage with EFCT for the first time since 2022, when he appeared in “Blithe Spirit”. Since moving to Chicago in 2002, he has worked extensively as an actor, director, and playwright with several theatres, is an Elvis impersonator, juggler, VO actor, balloon artist, audiobook narrator, plays with puppets, does Muppet voices, teaches drama and stage combat classes, and has a degree in philosophy so he can use words like “epistemology” at parties. Thanks to Jessica, his partner in all things.

Colin Commager (Yates u/s)Colin Commager is very excited to be involved in this Eclectic production. Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Colin's previous stage credits include Jack Worthing in The Importance of Being Earnest, Sherlock Holmes in The Hound of the Baskervilles, Major Murgatroyd in the Gilbert and Sullivan operetta Patience, and Bao in the independent film "Double Presents". Kaden Connor (Kidd u/s)Kaden is a recent transplant to the city of Chicago and is grateful to the EFCT team for giving him the opportunity to make his Chicago stage debut in this amazing show! Some of Kaden’s recent credits include Vinnie in Lucky Stiff, Dr. Watson in Ken Ludwig’s Moriarty, and Roland in Constellations (all performed at Grandstreet Theatre in Helena, MT). He’d like to thank the cast and production team for a wonderful introduction to Chicago theatre, and his friends and family for their love and support!
