Dana Hall
Dana Hall (she/her) is an award-winning playwright, actor, and mental health therapist whose plays often explore trauma, resilience, and human connection. A multi-time finalist for the Lanford Wilson New American Play Festival, she has also been a finalist with the Morecambe Fringe John Clarke Memorial Prize, the Hear Me Out Monologue Competition, New Works of Merit Playwriting Contest and the Dramatists Guild Foundation National Fellows Program. Dana was named a top finalist for AACT NewPlayFest and is in residency with the Dramatists Guild Institute’s Certificate in Dramatic Writing program. Her plays have been published by Next Stage Press, Heuer Publishing, Stage Plays, Smith & Kraus, and Tiny Scripted, with productions across the U.S. and internationally. Natividad Salgado
Natividad has directed plays for many companies and festivals nationally as well as internationally-- including Creede Repertory Theatre, Tipping Point Theatre, One Year Lease Theater Company, Cleveland Public Theatre (w/Teatro Publico de Cleveland), and Stage Left Theatre. Nati has had the pleasure of directing in virtual formats including podcast original audio dramas: Monocyte and My European Love for Eclectic Audio Podcast Network. Since she graduated with her BA in Theatre (directing focus), in 2011; she has been nominated for a Wilde Award for Best Ensemble work and the winner of the 2012 BoxFest Detroit Director’s Educational Grant which enabled her to attend a directing apprenticeship program in Greece. Nati has also served as an acting, directing, and theatre history instructor for students from preschool through the university level. In addition, she has worked for many theatre companies via marketing, audience engagement, patron services, and producing. She has also served as the Executive Director of The (Beat) Theatre Collective. Nati has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Graduate School at Northwestern University. She currently works as a Licensed Professional Counselor for adults and groups in Chicago. Through her art of storytelling, this proud queer Latinx mama works to lend voice to those without representation, prioritizing members of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other systemically marginalized communities. It is also just as important for her to direct scripts that bring awareness to mental health challenges and social justice issues. Tricia Carver-Horner
Tricia Carver-Horner (she/her) is very grateful to be working on her fourth production with ECFT and making her Chicago debut as a props designer! She has recently been backstage in "Relatively Speaking" (ECFT), Patchwork Festival (ECFT) and "Kid Prince and Pablo" (Lifeline Theatre). Tricia enjoys long walks on the beach, spreadsheets, and short program bios. Tricia would like to thank her incredible village for all their support--you know who you are!

Shayla Woolsey
Shayla Woolsey (they/them) is an Arkansas native and a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. After earning their BA in Theatre Performance, Shayla decided to move to Chicago to pursue their love for all things theatrical— Refracted Light will be the first production they’ve been a part of in the city and they are ecstatic to be working with a team of such wonderful creatives!

Cassie McKnight
Cassie McKnight is a Providence-based scenic designer and artist. Currently, she is the Resident Scenic Designer for Theatre by the Sea in Matunuck, RI. Cassie studied Scenic Design at The Ohio State University and graduated in 2019 with an MFA after designing multiple productions, including new and devised works. Favorite productions include Forbidden Zones (2017), Four People (2018), Leah and the Dybbuk (2018), and Legally Blonde (2018). She designed She Loves Me (2018), Into the Woods (2019), You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (2021), and Kinky Boots (2022) for The Super Summer Theatre in Blue Diamond, NV, and Carousel (2019), The Marvelous Wonderettes: Caps and Gowns (2019), and Godspell (2019) for Thunder Bay Theatre in Alpena, MI. Amina Gilbert (she/they) is a Chicago-based lighting designer and multi-hyphenate artist. Lighting credits include Relatively Speaking, Playground Festival (Eclectic Full Contact Theatre Co) Spring Awakenings, Not Bitter Nor Sweet, A Paper Orchestra, Madam and Steve (Lazy Susan Theatre Co), The Pillowman (Concrete Content), Astronaut Group 1 (Griffin Theatre Co). Lighting assistantship credits include Little Bear Ridge Road (Steppenwolf Theatre), and In Quietness (A Red Orchid Theatre). Amina holds a BA in theatre from Columbia College Chicago. Kate Schnetzer
Kate Schnetzer holds a B.A. in Theatre & Drama from Indiana University, Bloomington. Sound credits for Eclectic include Relatively Speaking, Patchwork IV, and Half Hour Audio Hour (S4, E9-Present). Additional sound credits: An Incredibly Subtle Metaphor for The Artery, Aliens: The Cure for Boredom, and Sure Thing. She is also presently working on A Picasso for Elsinore, A Theatre Ensemble (Oct. Bruce Bennett
Bruce Bennett moved to Chicago five years ago (just in time for covid to shut all the theaters down) from mid-Michigan. He was an illustrator and graphic designer there who also did scenic art for theater, among other things. He had mutual friends with Terry McCabe, former Artistic Director at Chicago's City Lit Theater on Bryn Mar, which led to him painting some sets there. He's very happy to be painting for Eclectic now too, and making new friends

Chloe Adamo (she/they) is an actor and dramaturg. She is very excited to have prepared the dramaturgical materials for their third show with EFCT. Daniel Houle
Daniel is excited to be producing live theater again. He received his BFA in acting from the University of Rhode Island in 2000 before touring with The National Players. Since Moving to Chicago in 2002 Daniel has worked with Bohemian Theater Ensemble, Prop Theater, Oak Park Festival Theater, Teatro Vista, Speaking Ring Theater Company, American Theater Company, Step Up Productions, City Lit, Timeline Theater, Silk Road Rising, Drury Lane, Steep Theater, Paramount Theater and is a company member with Eclectic Full Contact Theatre. Daniel also works in the Commercial and Voice Over worlds representing a variety of products. His network television credits include Chicago PD and Chicago Fire.
