Kaitlyn Norton
Ms. Norton brings extensive theatre experience to her role as Director and Teacher of Desert Mountain High School's Theatre Department. She holds a B.A. in Theatre Education and a M.A. in English, both from GCU. Her diverse background spans all aspects of production. Her stage management credits include "Who Will Carry the Word," "Major Barbara," "Pirates of Penzance," & "A Midsummer Night's Dream." She has also served as dramaturg, handled house management, and worked stage crew on numerous productions including "The Tempest," "Guys & Dolls," and "Godspell." As a director, Ms. Norton has helmed several youth productions including "Mean Girls Jr.," "Seussical Jr.," and "School House Rock Jr.," showcasing her skill in working with young performers. Her deep understanding of all theatrical disciplines enables her to provide students with a well-rounded theatre education, teaching not only the art of performance but also the essential technical and organizational skills that make great theatre possible.

Ash Rosenfeld
Ash is a senior at DMHS and is so excited to be working on their 7th show here! They have been working as a stage manager since their freshman year and are so glad to continue into their senior year. They hope to continue to be involved with performing arts during college as well. Ash would like to thank their family for always supporting them and putting up with the hectic schedules that occur. An extra special thank you to their cousin Sadie, who sparked their love for the arts!

Victoria Tesch
Victoria is thrilled to be part of A Doll’s House in her first year working on the tech side of theatre. A lifelong lover of the performing arts, Victoria has been attending plays for over a decade and has spent four years on stage herself—two as a dancer and two as an actor. Transitioning backstage, she’s excited to bring her passion and creativity behind the scenes. Outside of theatre, Victoria enjoys creative writing, Dungeons & Dragons, fashion, gaming, thrifting, and collecting vinyl and vintage books. Her favorite plays include Hamilton and Moulin Rouge, and her favorite book (at the moment) is The Martian by Andy Weir. She’s honored to help bring this powerful story to life!

Avery Moore
Avery Moore, is in 11th grade and is very excited to be lighting designer and crew head. Her hobbies include surviving school, sewing, and playing with her dog Daisy. Apart from being in the marching band she is very involved in school. Avery has designed dance shows to musicals here at DMHS and community theaters. She has worked tech for many shows including “25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” at DMHS and “Mack and Mable” at FHT. She has been working behind the scenes for 4 years and she hopes to continue in the future along with showing up in some productions in the future. Avery would like to thank the theater community and her parents for their unwavering support and the remarkable opportunities that they have given her; with their boundless enthusiasm and talent. With each show, Avery's love of the theater continues to grow, and she looks forward to future adventures in theater.

Sound Designer & Crew Head
Isabelle Ellis
Isabelle Ellis is a senior at Desert Mountain High School and is the sound designer and the head of sound crew for A Doll’s House. With several years of experience as a sound engineer and crew member, Isabelle has managed to mix everything from chaotic dress rehearsals to band concerts to dance showcases, and somehow still has (most of) her hearing intact. Her favorite past credits include running Q-Labs for The Addams Family and serving as sound co-crewhead for The Broken Window and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Isabelle has spent most of her high school career making sure mics behave, cues fire on time, and that no one accidentally deafens the audience (so far, so good). She’s thrilled to be part of this production and would like to remind everyone that the real star of the show is, in fact, the soundboard.

Lucas is a proud member of Ms. Norton's theatre class and has served as a technician throughout his high school career. As a student tech worker, he has found his passion in sound design and is thrilled to continue doing what he loves for the DM Theatre Department.

Landon Nelson
Landon is a sophomore and thrilled to be working behind the scenes on The Doll’s House. While he’s no stranger to the stage, with past roles including Gavroche in Les Misérables (AYOT), Mirror in Snow White (AYOT), Projections for Wizard of Oz (FHT), and Spotlight for Cabaret (FHT). Landon is excited to bring his creativity to the tech side of theater. Outside of theater, he enjoys hanging out with friends and reading.

Sayde Neubeck
Sayde has been happy to work closer with the tech department before she graduates this year. While she has previously worked on the props crew during Desert Mountain's The Addams Family, Sayde is much more familiar being on the stage. You may recognize her from productions such as Desert Mountain's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland as the Caterpillar or The Broken Window as Tricia; as well as Starstruck Community Theater's Empty Suitcases as Hazel; My Father's Daughter as Jenny Capaldi; and most recently, Watching Paint Dry as Lisa. After high school, Sayde plans on attending Northern Arizona University to study psychological sciences to become a children's counselor. Besides learning how to construct a set, she spends most of her time rewatching her favorite childhood YouTubers, writing on Tumblr, and craving Dutch Bros.

Lara Contreras
Lara Contreras is a freshman and loves theatre. She has done theatre since 6th grade and has been involved in multiple productions before—both onstage and behind the scenes. She likes to do creative things like drawing, painting, writing, and doing arts and crafts. Overall she is excited about this production and is eager to have new experiences and learn more skills.

Andy is a freshman in the Theatre I class. While this is his first time being part of a production, he has enjoyed theatre for multiple years, having taken it as an elective in the past and being part of his school’s theatre club for the past 3 years. He has previously helped with creating set pieces as a member of the theatre club, and is excited to be part of the production of this play.

Emma Heintz
Em Heintz has been both a techie and actor for many shows. Em has been in multiple musicals since kindergarten to 8th grade, some of them including ensemble in “The Little Mermaid”, Nana in “Peter Pan”,and an Oompa Loompa in “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”. And it wasn’t until high school they decided to do stage crew for the plays and musicals. Including “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”, “Addams Family” and flyrail for “25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”. Some more recent roles came from original play works at StarStruck Community Theater as Janie in “Empty Suitcases” and Miss Minnie in “My Father’s Daughter”. They were very excited to have this opportunity to have hands-on action with building and painting the show and hopes that you enjoy it!

Charlotte Krueger
Charlotte Krueger has had a pretty limited experience in theatre, being part of ensemble in MMS’ past production of “Mean Girls Jr.”. She loves to participate in theatre though, whether it’s crew or cast. She is excited to be able to participate in her first production in DM, and hopes to be a valuable part of crew along with everyone else. She loves watching theatre productions and takes inspiration from the talented actors and flashy effects and sets that were made possible by the crew. She hopes to be part of more DM productions in the future and to get along with her peers!

Gabby Kim
Gabby Kim is a senior at Desert Mountain High School graduating in May 2026. She has been part of the theatre tech crew for four years and has worked on the props crew for three. Some of the shows she has contributed to include Pippin, Clue, and Alice in Wonderland. Most recently, she served as prop crew head for the musical The Addams Family. Outside of props, Gabby has also worked in costumes, and enjoys meeting the new crew members every year. When she’s not backstage, Gabby is active as president of the Teen Court Club, and works at a swim school. She would like to thank her theatre directors and crew for making her high school experience so enjoyable.

Delaney McDaniel
Delaney McDaniel is a junior at Desert Mountain High School. She excels in many classes and is currently taking four AP classes this school year. Although she has no prior experience in theatre, she has extensive knowledge of leadership from her time in Girl Scouts. Delaney has been in Girl Scouts for 10 years and will graduate next year, thus becoming an adult Girl Scout. She has served as a counselor for 4 years at a girl-led summer day camp organized for younger Girl Scouts. Her experience as a Girl Scout has taught her how to be responsible, organized, an entrepreneur, and a strong leader. She intends to earn her Gold Award, the highest honor a Girl Scout can earn via a service project, before she graduates. The lessons she has learned from Girl Scouts have helped her in the past and will continue to assist her in the future.

Kira Patel
Kira Patel is excited to be part of the theater crew this year! She has been involved in theater for the past five years, with three years of backstage crew experience and two years of acting experience. Kira has worked on everything from makeup and set changes to finding costumes, and she enjoys seeing all the behind-the-scenes work that helps make a show happen. Her acting background has also helped her understand the importance of teamwork between cast and crew. She is grateful to be part of such a fun community and looks forward to future productions!

Maduvanthi Satheesh
Madhuvanthi Satheesh is working as crew on “A Doll’s House” as her second production, with working as cast in Matilda Jr. being her first. She helped with costumes, makeup and set design as well in Matilda Jr. Madhuvanthi Satheesh also has prior experience with creating and sewing clothes and other textiles as well as makeup. She works hard to ensure that the makeup and costumes in “A Doll’s House" will be of utmost quality and design.

Najia is thrilled to be part of the crew for A Dolls House. This is her first time working backstage and she's excited to be part of this new experience. Being on crew has given her a new appreciation for the behind- the- scenes work. She’s very passionate about bringing stories to life behind the scenes, and has worked really hard to ensure that every detail contributes to the atmosphere and the flow of production. Whether it was assisting with backstage, hair/makeup, or costumes, she’s very grateful for the opportunity to support the cast and creative team. Ananya Patel
Ananya Patel is passionate about makeup and costumes and enjoys bringing creativity to each production. With about a year of backstage crew experience, she is excited to continue building her skills while supporting future shows. Her work in costumes and set design has taught her the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and communication in a collaborative environment. Beyond backstage work, Ananya has nine years of experience as a musician. While different from acting, music has given her a strong sense of stage presence and expression, as well as empathy for performers. This perspective helps her understand how backstage efforts support the cast. Ananya is grateful to be part of such a welcoming community and looks forward to future productions. Mack Temple (Lighting Crew) is extremely excited to be a part of the production of “A Doll's House” at Desert Mountain! This will be his first time doing lights for a play in high school; however, he has done lighting for a multitude of other performances, such as “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”, dance shows, and the Senior Showcase, all during his sophomore year here at Desert Mountain. Mack would like to thank his family, friends, and all of the teachers who have supported him throughout his high school career. Taiga Hibi
Taiga Alex “Al” Hibi was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on March 27, 2008. Born to Japanese parents, he spent his early childhood in Japan but grew up the rest of his life in North America. From a young age, he has moved all across the continent due to his father’s job transfers. During his whole life, something that has always interested him were stories whether they were in forms of books, movies or theatre productions. It inspired him to be the person he wanted to be. In order to pursue this interest, he joined the crew for the DMHS play, The Doll’s House. Despite no previous experience in theatre other than plays from his pre and elementary school days, he is determined to be part of this production.

Nils brings a diverse technical background to the production, with experience spanning short films and stage productions. Though he began his technical theater journey just a year ago, he has quickly developed expertise with a wide range of equipment and systems. A dedicated member of the technical theatre class, Nils tackles any task with enthusiasm and a great sense of humor, making him an invaluable asset to the crew.

Trevor Lawrence
Trevor is ready to get back on stage after his time has been taken up by welding at EVIT and his senior year at DM. He is excited to return to theatre after serving as stage manager for Watching Paint Dry, working props for My Father's Daughter, and acting in both Empty Suitcases and Watching Paint Dry. Trevor is grateful for the opportunity to continue participating in DM's theatre class and can't wait to make new memories while building the set for A Doll's House.

Penny Iglesias
Penny is excited to be working on her second theatrical production as part of the sound crew. She made her technical theatre debut last year in Mean Girls Jr. at her middle school, where she also worked on sound. Since then, she has enjoyed learning more about the behind-the-scenes magic that brings a show to life and is thrilled to continue growing her skills in high school theatre. Outside of the auditorium, Penny is passionate about soccer, coding, and math. She hopes to combine her love for problem-solving and technology by pursuing electrical engineering in the future, with the goal of attending MIT. Penny enjoys the challenge of working in sound, where precision and creativity come together to make the performance seamless for both the cast and the audience. She is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this production and looks forward to many more shows to come.

Jessica Magluyan
Here's Jessica's combined bio: Jessica is a dedicated junior technical theatre student excited to be working on another show at DMHS. Her first tech experience was on Alice's Adventures In Wonderland, and she has been part of several productions since then. She originally signed up to be an audio technician in her freshman year because she was told she'd get to push a lot of random buttons—and she has since pushed many buttons on the sound board. Jessica works hard in class, always gives her best effort, and has proven herself to be a trustworthy technician. She is thrilled for the opportunity to continue growing and developing her skills throughout this production.
