Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

Tickets may be exchanged until the day before the performance, no later than 4:00 pm. Exchanges can be made for another in-person performance (subject to availability). Ticket exchanges are not available online. Please call the Box Office at 804-362-2950 with your preferred exchange date and have your current tickets or order number in hand to make the exchange. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may receive a tax-deductible contribution for their value by calling 804.362.2950 up to one hour prior to the performance. Please have your tickets or order number in hand to release tickets as a donation. Refunds will only be offered in the event of a canceled performance.
