Carrie: The Musical Cast

Alexandre Acosta (Billy Nolan)
Alexandre Acosta plays Billy Nolan in this year’s musical. He is a senior who enjoys playing bass, working, and hanging out with friends. He hopes you enjoy Carrie!
Jenna Alqutbi (Frieda)
Jenna Alqutbi, a sophomore, is playing Frieda Jason. This is her first year participating in a high school musical. She has a very strong passion for music and theatre and hopes to pursue it in the future. Jenna is also involved in the Center Grove show choir department, and is in Surround Sound this school year. She is excited for you to see the show!
Liliana Benchino (Lynn Gardner)
Liliana, a senior, is playing the role of “Miss Gardner” in this year's fall musical, Carrie. She previously participated in last year's musical, Bye Bye Birdie. Outside of the musical, Liliana likes to read, write, sing, and watch movies. She loves her two precious cats, family, and friends. A big thanks to her family who had to listen to her practice. Everyone in this cast is extremely talented, and she hopes you will enjoy the show!
Chloe Buechler (Teen Ensemble )
Chloe is a Junior performing in “Carrie the Musical” for this year's production. She is in the ensemble, excited to support the others. Chloe loves to sing, dance, and act. She has done three musicals, performed in one act, played in Radium Girls before this, and she’s in Center Grove's Varsity women's show choir, Debtones. She tries her best to excel in school while balancing her chaotic outside life and activities. She always loves to bring some life to the party while making people laugh. She's constantly moving around with all her energy, sometimes too much for everyone's sanity! She hopes you enjoy the show!
Lillian Clanan (Teen Ensemble )
Lilli is a dedicated student who is inducted into the Math NHS, Music NHS, Student Council, and many more clubs. She’s also participated in Bye Bye Birdie!, Beauty and the Beast Jr, Matilda Jr, and is now a part of the ensemble in Carrie! Her dream is to become an OBGYN, but loves to be a part of things like art class, choir, the musical, and creative clubs. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Paige Gordon (Margaret White)
Paige Gordon is playing the role of Margaret White. Paige is a senior here at CGHS as well as a student in the EC program. This is Paige’s 7th show at this school! Paige is the actor rep for the theatre depart and has been in the musicals The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling bee, and Bye Bye Birdie, she’s been in 2 sets of one acts, and 2 plays including This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing, and Radium Girls. Outside of theatre she is a member of the Varsity Show Choir Debtones where she acts as Costume manager, and she is also the Historian for Best Buddies. She hopes you enjoy the show and can see all the hard work this cast has put in! (She’s particularly proud of the choreography she helped with!)
Jaedyn Harris (Teen Ensemble)
Jaedyn, sophomore, is in the Teen and Student Ensemble. This is her first show in high school, but she was in Legally Blonde Jr, and High School Musical in middle school. She loves to sing and participate in shows, and she wants to minor in acting in college!
Belle Iseminger (Chris Hargensen)
Belle Iseminger, is currently a sophomore, and will be playing the role of Chris! She has been involved in theater since she was 9, but her most recent roles are Janis in Mean Girls, Ursula Merkle in Bye Bye Birdie, and Eurydice in Hadestown. She is currently apart of two varsity show choirs at CG, CGSingers and Sound System. She would like to thank all her friends and family for coming to the show!
Alyanna Krudy (Teen Ensemble)
Alyanna Krudy is a Junior this year and she is in the ensemble for this production of Carrie. This is her 4th production at Cghs, previously she has been Anna Fryer in Radium Girls, Paxton in Split (one acts), and Mama Mae in Bye Bye Birdie. Besides from theatre, which is her whole personality, shes enjoys show choir and hanging out with friends. She's very excited for everyone to see this wonderful show the cast has worked so hard on!
Casey Kuzel (Teen Ensemble)
Casey Kuzel is a Senior at Center Grove High School. She is a part of the ensemble and is thrilled to be a part of Carrie! Previous credits include This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing, Bye Bye Birdie, One Acts 2024, and Radium Girl. She would like to thank her friends and her family for their generous support and encouragement. Enjoy the show!
Hans Lockhart (George )
Hans Lockhart is thrilled for his first year in the Center Grove Theatre Department! Hans a sophomore in both CG Singers and Sound System! He'd like to thank all his choir teachers for helping him get here.
Claire Lollar (Sue Snell)
Claire, a senior, is playing Sue Snell. This is her third high school production; her most recent role was Kim McAfee in CGHS’s production of Bye Bye Birdie. Claire is active in the CGHS choir program, performing in both Sound System and CG Singers. Claire is also a studio dancer, training and competing with The Dance Refinery as well as serving as the Dance Captain for Sound System. She is very thankful for this opportunity to share her love of performing. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Landon Netiz (Mr. Stephens)
Landon is a very kind young man who only wants to make his peers laugh and smile. Most of the time he is quiet and kept to himself but when he starts to feel more comfortable with the people around him he’ll start to open up. He loves thinking and loves to talk. He hopes that someday he’ll make a big impact in people’s lives as an actor, songwriter, artist, or even a therapist. Some hobbies of his are Guitar, Dancing, Acting, Sketching, Designing, and many more. He loves to make stuff.
Kylie Perry (Norma)
Kylie is a junior at CGHS and is playing the role of Norma in Carrie. She has been doing theater since 7th grade and this will be her 7th theater production. She hopes to major in acting or interior design at Ball State or NYU. Kylie did competitive gymnastics for 12 years and is now in the varsity show choir, Sound System. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and singing. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Ethan Pridemore (Teen Ensemble)
Ethan is a Junior and is performing in the ensemble as a teen named Axel. This is his first musical performance in the high school, but he has previously been in other musicals such as Beauty and the Beast and Legally Blonde. Outside of theater, Ethan is also a part of Surround Sound.
Aiden Sargent (Stokes and Reverend Bliss)
Aiden Sargent is the son of David and Amy Sargent and the older brother of Andrew Sargent. He is grateful for the opportunity to perform in Carrie alongside his friends. Aiden grew up performing in musicals through Creative Grounds Fine Arts Academy, where he appeared as Olaf in Frozen, Tootles in Peter Pan, and Crutchie in Newsies. He has been an active member of CG Sound System and CG Singers since his sophomore year and performed with Surround Sound as a freshman. This is Aiden’s second production with the Center Grove Theatre Department. Aiden is a senior this year and he is excited to make the most of his final show.
Mason Smith (Freddy)
Mason Smith is a sophomore playing Freddy, one of the guys in the teen trio. Mason has had music in his life since he was young and has been further pursuing it during his high school years. He plans to continue his passion for music as well as the sciences in the future, but until then, he hopes you enjoy "Carrie: The Musical," led by the wonderful Ms.Torrey!
Sawyer Swain (Teen Ensemble)
Sawyer Swain is thrilled to be in this production of Carrie: The Musical. This is Sawyer’s fourth show at Center Grove High School. His favorite coffee is an iced caramel macchiato.
Kierston Taylor (Carrie White)
Kierston Taylor, who plays Carrie White, is so excited to bring such an iconic character to life onstage! She has been doing theatre ever since she can remember and has played roles like Kathryn Schaub in Radium Girls, Pinnochio in Shrek the Musical, and Barbara in the one act, In Sickness; In health. When she’s not onstage, Kierston enjoys making music, singing, and reading. She sends lots of love and thanks her family and friends for their constant support, and she hopes you enjoy the show. It’s gonna be a Night You’ll Never Forget!
Jamie Varano (Teen Ensemble)
Jamie, a freshman, has the role of playing a character in the ensemble. Since this is his first year at the high school, Carrie is his first show in drama club. Jamie is also involved in Center Grove Sound System. He is the only freshman in the cast and loves singing and dancing. Next year Jamie hopes to continue being involved in drama club and theater at the high school. He is super excited for everyone to see the show.
Kenzie Wade (Teen Ensemble Understudy )
Kenzie, a junior, is the teen ensemble understudy. Carrie is her third production with this high school’s theatre department. She was a member of the Bye Bye Birdie cast and played August in the one act play Reflections at the high school. Kenzie is also involved in Surround Sound at Center Grove. She loves singing, dancing, and the art of acting. She wishes you enjoy Carrie as much as she does!
Kelsey Williams  (Helen)
Kelsey Williams, senior, is thrilled to be playing the role of Helen in this year’s musical production of Carrie. She is actively involved in Center Grove's show choirs, Sound System and CG Singers. She absolutely loves performing onstage and wishes to continue pursuing musical theatre in college. She is very grateful for all of her friends and family who support her in every possible way. She is excited for you to see the show and it’ll definitely be a night you’ll never forget!
Ethan Wood (Tommy Ross)
Ethan Wood is so excited to be performing in the role of Tommy Ross in this year’s production of Carrie! He is currently a senior, and is a section leader and assistant dance captain for Sound System as well as a section leader for CG Singers. Ethan has performed in around twenty musicals since he was nine, performing roles such as Edmund Pevensie in Narnia, Olaf in Frozen Jr, Davey in Newsies, Chip Tolentino in Spelling Bee, and was Albert Peterson in last year’s production of Bye Bye Birdie. Throughout the past 8 years, Ethan has performed with theaters such as Creative Grounds Fine Arts Academy, Agape Theater Company, Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, and Summer Stock Stage. After high school, he hopes to attend college to pursue a B.F.A. in musical theatre. Thank you for coming to the show!
Elijah Wright (Teen Ensemble )
Elijah Wright is a Junior this year and is a part of the student ensemble. Elijah enjoys participating in Center Grove Choirs and is a part of the choir Surround Sound. Elijah uses his free time playing video games, hiking, and videography. Elijah is a big story writer, hoping to have one act made for next year and is also in the process of writing his own show. Elijah is super happy with how this production of Carrie has turned out and he really hopes you enjoy it!
