Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!) Cast

Cast Member Deb Shaeffer, AKA Deb, has been in a few other Black Swamp Players productions over the last 20ish years. It's great to perform in the new BSP theatre! Christmas means Jesus coming to earth, family, and stories. She always read stories her kids using multiple character voices, so this production is right up her alley! Deb thanks you for being here and hopes you have fun.

Cast Member Andrew Varney is excited to be treading the boards once more. His last BSP production was "The Drowsy Chaperone" and is excited to be part of one the first shows of BSP's inaugural Oak Street season. When it comes to favorite Christmas stories, Andrew is quite fond of "Christmas Carol". Favorite version is a 3 way tie between Mickey Mouse, Patrick Stewart, and Jim Carey. Andrew hopes you enjoy the show and wishes you a very Happy Holidays as well!

Nick Yates is excited to make his debut with the Black Swamp Players in Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!). Currently, Nick is a first-year student at Bowling Green State University and is majoring in Adolescent to Young Adult Education in the subject of Integrated Social Studies. Although this is his first experience in a BSP production, Nick has performed in multiple musicals in high school, including the lead role of Charlie Brown in a production of You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown. As a percussionist, Nick enjoys making music in his spare time. Furthermore, he enjoys motorsports of any kind and learning about ancient history. Nick would consider the last half-hour of Home Alone to be one of the greatest action-comedy sequences ever crafted in cinema history

Crew Member Sara Aicholz has been in two prior Black Swamp Productions: "Murder at One Pie Auction" and "A Virtual Christmas Carol". Her favorite Christmas movie is "A Christmas Story". Her favorite memory of Christmas is playing cards with her family.

Crew Member Mena Wylykanowitz was previously seen in last year's BSP production of "A Virtual Christmas Carol" as burrito delivery girl. She is hyped to be a stage crew member on her second tech show as she continue to hone her stage craft. Mena's favorite Christmas film is "Muppets Christmas Carol." Her family watches it every year they decorate the tree. Mena will be working backstage for opening weekend. She is the M in M & M

Crew Member Macy Merrill is new to the Black Swamp Players and is excited to have this show be her first experience here. Macy's favorite Christmas movie is "A Christmas Story." She watches it with her family every year as they put up and decorate their tree. Macy will be working backstage for closing weekend. She is the M in M & M.
