Heath A. Diehl
Heath is delighted to once again be directing for Black Swamp Players. Some of Heath’s previous directorial credits include: The Guys (TBD Productions); The Drowsy Chaperone (BSP); Gidion’s Knot (TBD Productions); A Mouth to Feed (Toledo Rep); and The Odd Couple (Female Version) (BSP). In addition to directing, Heath also enjoys acting; most recently he appeared on the BSP stage as Herb Tucker in Neil Simon’s I Ought To Be In Pictures. When he is not treading the boards, Heath is very active in the community. He currently is Board President of Black Swamp Players’ Board of Trustees and Wood County Humane Society’s Board of Directors; he also serves on the Board of Directors of Northwest Ohio Community Shares. In his professional life, Heath is Teaching Professor in the Honors College and Department of English at BGSU. And in his spare time, Heath enjoys spending time with his husband, Gary, and their six rescue cats.

Kat McFadden
Kat McFadden is elated to be stage managing for The Black Swamp Players for the first time! Kat has an Associate in Arts in Theatre Concentration from Owens Community College where she graduated in December 2019. Some of Kat’s past work including, “Chess” and “Laughter on the 23rd Floor” at the Toledo Repertoire Theatre, “Things You’re Mother Taught Me” at The Village Players, and “A Servant of Two Masters” and “She Kills Monsters” at Owens Community College. Kat would like to thank Heath for having me as your stage manager, the wonderful cast for being absolutely amazing, and her parents for always supporting her dreams. Thank you for coming and seeing the show!

Alexandra Levine
Alexandra Levine is very excited to be producing August: Osage County. Allie is a Toledo native and has been involved in theatre all her life. Allie has served as secretary to the Black Swamp Players Board for 2.5 years. She wants to thank her husband Tom Sanders for the loving support. She hopes that you enjoy August: Osage County.

Physical Exchanges Choreographer
Chloe Whiting Stevenson
Chloe Whiting Stevenson is a choreographer, instructor, and performer based in Toledo. She holds an MFA in physical theatre from the Accademia dell'Arte. She is an Advanced Actor Combatant with The Society of American Fight Directors. She also teaches Circus Arts, acting and movement at several colleges. She is excited to be working with this production.
