Heroes of the Fourth Turning Cast

Ryan Walsh is excited to return to the Black Swamp Players for his second show with the Players after his previous role as Nathan in Nora: A Doll's House. His previous roles have included the Male Swing in Perrysburg Musical Theatre's production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Lionel McAuley in Fort Findlay Playhouse's production of The Perfect Crime, and Captain Murdoch in Fort Findlay Playhouse's production of Titanic: The Musical. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Adolescent and Young Adult Education at the University of Toledo, and is working as a student teacher at Jefferson Junior High. In his spare time, he enjoys livestreaming and reading fantasy novels with his significant other, Gabi.

Elizabeth Coronado has been an active and enthusiastic community theater member for nearly 5 years. She is a veteran of the Black Swamp Players stage and has previously appeared as Emma in Language Archive, Nora 2/Christine 1 in Nora: A Doll's House; Julie in Not Quite Gone, and Meredith in Five Women Wearing the Same Dress. She also recently assistant directed For Peter Pan on Her 70th Birthday. She has also been seen as Corie in Barefoot in a the Park (OCT), Violet in Play On! (GCT), and Motherhood Out Loud (TBD). She is an avid reader, aspiring amateur art collector, and proud giant dog mom. Elizabeth is grateful to be a part of this wonderful and vibrant theater community and getting to share the stage with this incredible cast and be directed by the magnificent Fran!

Nicholas Yates is thrilled to be returning to the BSP stage to play Kevin! Nicholas has performed with the Black Swamp Players in the past with notable roles being J. Finch in Puffs as well as Christopher Boone in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. Notable roles outside of BSP include Doody in PMT’s production of Grease and Daryl Ames in 3B Production’s Bright Star. Nicholas also serves as a musician, taking on the role of a percussionist for musical theater productions throughout the Northwest Ohio area. These productions have included The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee with the Village Players as well as Into the Woods with OCT. Nicholas would like to extend gratitude to director Fran Martone and this extremely talented cast and crew for their unwavering support throughout this production!

Gabrielle is so happy to be back on The Black Swamp Players' stage. Her first performance was as Judy in "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime." Other favorite credits include Carol Wyman in "Laughter on the 23rd Floor" at the Toledo Rep and Patsy in "Doublewide Texas Christmas" for Better than Ever Productions in Canton, MI. Gabrielle is a New Yorker whose work as a federal judge brought her to Ohio 15 years ago. She stayed having met the love of her life and finding a beautiful family of friends. Much love to Bruce and their pooch Sadie!

You may have recently seen Nikki hoofing it across the OCT stage as Milky White in Into the Woods, or in The Rocky Horror Show and Puffs with Black Swamp Players. Heroes of the Fourth Turning marks Nikki’s first dramatic role in over fifteen years. She is deeply grateful to Fran, Melanie, and Claudette for the opportunity to take on such a challenging piece, and, as always, gives special thanks to her husband, Mark, for his constant encouragement and support.
