Murdering Medea Cast

Louis is excited to join BSP on stage for the first time, only having worked behind the scenes on The Language Archives. Off-stage, they work as a software engineer and enjoy cooking vegan food, playing games with their friends and partner, and going outside.  

“O what will she do, a soul bitten into with wrong?” - Euripedes, Medea Jackie is pleased to be making her Black Swamp Players debut in this banger of a play. She is grateful to Chloe for entrusting her with this complex femininomenon and the gift of Aly Kantor's vision in this revelation of a play. Huge thank you to Hunter and Heath for your support and generosity. A Coast Guard spouse, Jackie has appeared on stages in too many locations to list, but favorite recent roles include Dolores in The Alice Seed at Cleveland Public Theatre; Mrs.Cratchit in A Christmas Carol at Great Lakes Theater; Mrs. Chasen in Harold and Maude at Cain Park; and Mother in The Yellow Boat at Owens Community College. Big hugs and endless gratitude for Louis and Trevor, and kudos to a hardworking stage crew - let's go make good art!

Trevor is no stranger to the Black Swamp Stage, returning for his sixth production with the Theater. His most recent acting credits include several Black Swamp Player shows, his most recent being The Language Archive (Zamenhof Et. Al), Murder at the Pie Auction (Rex Roberts), and Jennifer’s Birth (Mel Simon). Trevor has also performed with Fort Findlay Playhouse and Owens Community College. In his spare time, Trevor enjoys hiking state park trails and experiencing the local brewery scene. Trevor gives particular thanks to his fiancé Hunter for his love and support for the arts, and for all his help on and off the stage.
