Director
Kayla Konkle
Kayla Konkle or more lovingly known as "Momma K" is proud to be the director and head of the theatre department here at BNI for the last five years. Kayla attended Ball State University for Theatre Education and Acting where she had the opportunity to direct a number of productions at Muncie Civic Theatre and Northside Middle School. Coming off her student teaching at Warsaw Highschool and into BNI, she's loved every minute of growing the department. When not directing or teaching, Kayla loves all things spooky and scary, she is a crochet addict and plays copious amounts of D&D.

Adriana Torres-Cruz
Adriana Torres-Cruz is a senior at BNI. She has worked on sets for “Once Upon a Mattress”, “Clue”, “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”, and “She Kills Monsters”, and part of “Xanadu: The Musical”, before being asked to join the ensemble. Apart from Theatre, Adriana is a part of Crochet Club, Biology Club, Women’s Empowerment Club, Video Game Club, National Honors Society, Workshop Club, D&D Club, the Bowling Team, Engineering Club, and Student Council. Adriana was asked to help make the ensemble bigger by being Calliope’s muse child and loved the experience of doing more than just behind-the-scenes work. When she finds the time, Adriana likes to crochet, go outside and get physical, bowl, build and fix things, play D&D, creative writing, read, dance, sing, explore, watch anime and good TV, and dive into new fandoms. As far as thank yous go, Adriana has her close friends from all over to thank, her parents for their endless support, the BNI Theatre Department, and every teacher that has been there for her then and now. Without all of these people, she wouldn’t be who she is today! She hopes that BNI Theatre can make the most out of everything you see from our department

Resident Artist
Spell Moore
Spell (he/him) began designing the playbill for Eurydice pretty much as soon as it was announced. This was his first show working exclusively offstage, having played Professor Plum, and eccentric former doctor, and Olive Ostrovsky, a sweet competitive speller, his freshman year and Tilly/Tillius the Paladin, a girl who happens to like girls (and is also... dead...), and Melpomene, a jealous sister to the main character who is plotting her downfall, last year as a sophomore, and it has been a thrilling experience seeing his friends put together this puzzle of a show (both acting-wise and tech-wise). This show was as near and dear to his heart as it could be when juggling daily responsibilities, Shakespeare Slam, and band. He hopes you enjoy the show as much as he does!
