Get to know and experience the work of Filipino-American choreographer Bennyroyce Royon. In this informal studio showing, Royon will introduce his creative process and share movement ideas for an upcoming project "Begin Again." This dance experience will also highlight performances by talented dancers attending Royon's first-ever summer intensive in Seattle. 

“I’ve presented my choreographic works in the PNW before, but it’s been a while. I relocated to Seattle in October 2019 after nearly 20 years of working as a professional dancer and choreographer in NYC performing with various dance companies, at the opera house, on Broadway, and creating dances for professional dance companies and colleges. I am excited to flex my creative muscles again, especially after what we’ve all gone through due to the pandemic.”
