The Prince of Egypt Cast

Keegan Rose (Moses)
Keegan Rose (Moses) is thrilled to bring the Exodus story to life in his Beautiful City Productions debut. A tenor based in Edmond, Oklahoma, Keegan is known for his versatility across opera, musical theatre, and vocal ensemble work. Previous roles include Vice Principal Panch (Spelling Bee) Cinderella’s Prince (Into the Woods), Anthony (Sweeney Todd), Gaston (Beauty and the Beast), Gabriel von Eisenstein (Die Fledermaus), and Luiz (The Gondoliers). He has performed with Cimarron Opera, Poteet Theatre, Painted Sky Opera, and other local companies. Keegan holds a Master of Music in Choral Conducting from the University of Central Oklahoma where he currently teaches choir part time and currently serves as Director of Worship and Music at First United Methodist Church in Stillwater. He also directs the vocal jazz ensemble Extended Harmony at Oklahoma City Community College. Keegan would like to give special thanks to his wife Maya, his family, friends, and the cast and crew for their love and support.
Aric Ferguson (Ramses)
This is Aric’s first “on-stage” production with Beautiful City. Having been the sound technician for Godspell this past spring. Aric graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 2023 with a degree in Worship Arts, Vocal Emphasis. Aric has performed in many stage productions including, as: Jack (Into The Woods), Max (The Sound of Music), King Triton (The Little Mermaid), as well as various featured characters and ensemble roles.
Hannah Staudt (Tzipporah)
Hannah Staudt has always been a fan of the film adaptation of Prince of Egypt and is making her musical theater debut as Tzipporah. She has performed in children’s operas with the University of Central Oklahoma were she played the Mother and the Grandmother in Seymour Barab’s rendition of Little Red Riding Hood in 2020. She was also an ensemble member in UCO’s children’s opera performance of Gianni Schicchi in 2019. She now teaches Elementary and Middle School music/ choir at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School in Edmond.
Cecilia Alali (Miriam)
Cecilia Alali (Miriam) is ecstatic to make her musical theatre debut with Beautiful City Productions! While her past stage credits include Chorus in Henry V and Loureen in Poof, her love for acting originated in competitive performance. She is a 9-time national champion in competitive speech/acting, rounding off her final season as a champion across events like Poetry, Dramatic Interpretation, and Duo. Offstage, she enjoys coaching performers, exploring dance styles from jazz to hip-hop, and making Kenyan chapatis with her mom.
Daniel De Lige (Hotep)
I am a senior Vocal Music Education major at SNU. This is my first show with Beautiful City and I am very excited! I have loved the Prince of Egypt for a long time and am excited to be in this show. Some of my favorite roles have been Gleb (Anastasia) and Rapunzel's Prince (Into the Woods). I am so thankful to all of my friends and family who have helped and encouraged me in my theater journey.
Gene Strong (Seti)
The Prince of Egypt is Gene’s first foray into musical theatre. He has had the privilege of watching several of his children perform in plays/musicals and loves watching them with family and friends. Gene is Middle School CareerTech teacher, and has 21 years in education. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Lydia his 5 children. He also enjoys watching and coaching baseball and softball. GO RANGERS!
Lindsey Mears (Tuya/Ensemble)
Lindsey is excited to be a part of Beautiful City Production's The Prince of Egypt! She is a Music Teacher at Dennis Elementary and recently graduated from SNU. She did multiple shows at her college such as Mary Poppins (Mrs.Banks), Into the Woods (Little Red Riding Hood), and The Sound of Music (Elsa Schrader). She has also done several other shows in High School such as Grease, Anatomy of Grey, and Sister Act! She also performed in other community theater shows such as The Mystery of Edwin Drood, The Little Mermaid, Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast, Joseph and the Technique Colored DreamCoat, and many others. She can’t wait to do many more shows at this theatre as well! She also wants to thank her family, friends, and fiancee Mert for all their love and support through this journey! Daniel Garcia, Jr. (Jethro/Ensemble)
Daniel Garcia Jr. is 24 years old and is the office manager at ArtWorks Academy in Norman. He will be graduating this fall from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Criminology and a minor in theatre. His favorite roles include Ritchie Valens in The Day Before the Music Died, Bandmaster Hartley in Titanic, and Edna in Hairspray. Daniel would like to thank his family and friends for their constant support, and to everyone at Beautiful City for another chance to perform!
Mia Garvie (Nefertari/Ensemble)
Mia Garvie is 20 yrs old and has danced since age 3. She loves music, drawing, painting, and really art of any kind. She started in community musical theatre in Chickasha’s the Wizard of Oz and went on to play Neleus in Mary Poppins, Nala in Lion King, Jr, George in Godspell, Anna in Frozen, Jr, Little Red Ridinghood in Into The Woods, and more. She was also choreographer for Mary Poppins, Clue the Musical, and Into The Woods. She played Thing 1 in Seussical the Musical, and Laurey in Oklahoma, both at Tuttle’s Fourth St. Theater. She performed and choreographed in Godspell once again in Beautiful City Production’s first ever musical just this year.
Rachel Ellis (Yocheved/Ensemble)
Rachel has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from SWOSU and has taught in homeschool, homeschool co-ops and churches. She has been involved in theatre since childhood. Most recently, she was featured in Godspell, our debut production at Beautiful City Productions. Recent credits include The Sound of Music (Frau Schmidt) at SNU, The Secret Garden (Lily), Seussical the Musical (Mayor’s Wife), and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Potiphar’s Wife) at Fourth St. Theatre, Into the Woods (Jack’s Mother), Godspell (as herself), The Wizard of Oz at Chickasha Community Theatre. Her roles at SWOSU include Agnes in Agnes of God. She has also been Music Director for Mary Poppins, Jr., Clue the Musical, and Into the Woods at Chickasha Community Theater.
Lydia Burnett (Keturah/Ensemble)
Lydia is a sophomore at Bethany High School. She has grown up on stage and has been in many musicals throughout her life, including Into the Woods Jr. (Jack's mom), Moana Jr. (Moana), Aladdin Jr. (Rajah), and The Polar Express train ride (Hero child). Lydia is also involved in musicals at Bethany High School, and is active in participating in OSSAA and OKMEA solo and choir opportunities. She is an active leader at church, serving on the kids' and youth worship team, as well as a Kindergarten small group leader.
MaKenna Lee (Leah/Ensemble)
MaKenna Lee (Leah / Ensemble) is a 7th grader at Tuttle Middle School and is thrilled to be part of The Prince of Egypt with Beautiful City Productions. She has previously performed with Metro Youth Theatre in High School Musical, High School Musical 2, The Little Mermaid Jr., and SpongeBob the Musical. MaKenna has a deep love for theatre and music and enjoys bringing stories to life on stage. At school, she is an active member of both the choir and band. She would like to thank her directors, family, and friends for encouraging her to do what she loves!
James Custer (Aaron/Ensemble)
James is a 16 year-old homeschool student from Chickasha. He has been heavily involved in his local community theatre since the age of 9. His first role was ensemble in Lion King Jr and his favorite role to date was Noah/Bartender in Oliver. When not on a stage, James is in the Pre-Engineering course at Canadian Valley VoTech and for fun, he plays Fortnite and D&D. He wishes the crew and fellow cast members all the best and thanks them for such an amazing experience.
Harley Simmons (Young Miriam/Ensemble)
Harley is a passionate performer who loves singing, dancing, and playing piano. She’s active in school musicals, Oklahoma’s All-State Choir, COCDA, church productions, and Treblemakers. Harley is excited to share her love of music and the stage with the audience in this production.
Lenita Krejci (Maid/Ensemble)
Lenita Krejci is making her debut with Beautiful City Productions. When not on stage, she is often on the other side, directing theatre at Yukon Middle School where she teaches. She also enjoys singing and dancing in the local Cezch community. Lenita would like to thank God for His continued guidance as well as friends and family for all of their love and support. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Dacey Strong (Young Aaron/Ensemble)
Dacey is a spunky, sassy, 5th grader at Bridgestone Intermediate. She was previously in Matilda with Metro Youth Theatre. She is a huge Swiftie and enjoys watching movies with her family. She loves the Texas Rangers, especially Corey Seager!
Lea Bender (Hebrew Girl/Ensemble)
Lea Bender is 14 yrs old and is a freshman in high school at SNU lab school. In her free time, she loves to read, sing, and hang out with her friends. She is happy to be a part of the Prince of Egypt production, as Hebrew girl, and ensemble. Lea has been in a variety of different debuts. Since she has been in 6th grade, she has performed through SNU, in The Sound of Music, The Music Man, Anastasia (Tatiana), and Annie Jr (Grace Farrell.)
Axol Murray (Guard/Ensemble)
Axol is a recent Mustang graduate. They have helped in their church's musical productions as either cast or crew since the 4th grade. They will be continuing to help in future productions at their church.
Clay Carpenter (Guard/Ensemble)
Clay Carpenter (Guard 2, Shepherd 1, Midianite, Soldier) is a junior at a local high school in Yukon. He loves drama and was Henry in "Newsies", LeFou in "Beauty and the Beast" and Smudge in "The Jolly Roger and the Pirate Queen". This is his first production with Beautiful City. In his spare time, he enjoys video games, football, listening to music, spending time with friends and practicing impressions of famous people. He would like to thank his family and friends for supporting his love for the Arts. He would like to dedicate his performances to his favorite president, Donald Trump.
Allie Carnero (Ensemble)
Allie Carnero (she/her/hers) graduated from University of Central Oklahoma with her Bachelors in Theatre Performance. Her acting credits include Mother Road (Lyric Theater of Oklahoma), The Polar Express Train Ride (Railway Productions), The Revolutionists (UCO), Sister Act: The Musical (UCO), and White Christmas (Sooner Theatre). She would like to thank her parents and all her family for their never ending support.
Alyssa Burnett (Ensemble)
Alyssa grew up doing community theatre with her mom and sister, and loves a good musical. She enjoyed being in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Brigadoon, Good News, The Pajama Game, and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers during her school age years, as well as many church musicals and productions. She has a bachelors degree of vocal music education from OBU, and has been teaching music and theatre classes to children of all ages for the past 20 years. She excited to be in her first Beautiful City Production with her daughter, Lydia.
Claire Carpenter (Ensemble)
Claire Carpenter (Hebrew child/Midianite child) is a 4th grader at a local school in Yukon. She has performed in 12 various Christmas and Spring musicals at her school and has been involved with several music and theatre camps with "Musical Me in OKC". Claire loves reading, art, music, baking, playing with her dogs and spending time with friends. This is her first production with Beautiful City and she would like to thank her family and friends for their support!
Haley Smith (Ensemble)
Haley is excited to be a part of her first show at Beautiful City Productions and would like to thank everyone for welcoming her with open arms. She would also like to thank her friends and family for helping and encouraging her through this process. Previous experience includes various shows at Wichita Theatre, Backdoor Theatre, Lawton Community Theatre, Poteet Theatre, and Cameron University.
Leona Hawanchak (Ensemble)
Leona Hawanchak is 10 years old and a 5th grade student. She has participates in her school's honor choir and plays the piano. This is her first major musical production.
Nicole Carpenter (Ensemble)
Nicole Carpenter (Hebrew and Midianite) has a Bachelor of Music Education from OBU and a Kodaly Certificate from OU. She has been in the music education classroom for 26 years. She also enjoys teaching Kindermusik every Saturday at NorthPark Mall with "Musical Me In OKC". In her spare time, she loves reading, gardening, playing games and watching documentaries. This is her first production with Beautiful City and she is excited to share the story of Moses tonight. She invites you to read the story for yourself in the Biblical book of Exodus, chapters 1-15.
Paige Carson (Ensemble)
This is Paige’s first musical and she is so excited for it to be will Beautiful City Production. She is a student at Yukon High School and is in the auditioned Colla Voce honor choir. Paige loves leading worship at her church and has been for 2 years now. She would like to say a thank you to her mom and dad for getting her to and from rehearsals. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Ruby Bolton (Ensemble)
Ruby Bolton is 10 years old and will be starting 4th grade at FHS Christian School. She loves Jesus with her whole heart and lights up when she's worshipping, singing, or spending time with her favorite people. Ruby also enjoys playing soccer, crafting and being outdoors. This is Ruby's very first production, and she's so excited to be a part of it!
