Drama Club Supporters

In order to meet our goal to make the Drama Club self-sustaining, we rely on the generous, continued contributions of our community partners in conjunction with student-led fund-raisers and box office sales. All proceeds from each production go directly into the next production, and will be used to pay for licensing and contracts, vendors, sets, costumes, etc.

With your generous support, our goal is to have a budget of $12,000, with which we will provide students with an enhanced theatrical experience in the 2025-26 school year including licenses to perform both a Fall play and Spring musical, higher quality marketing tools, sets, props, costumes, lighting, and sound equipment.

Here is our production Wish List based on A Chorus Line expenses. Production Expenses include licensing rights to perform each show chosen. In order to market the show we use Subplot studio for poster creation, OntheStage for ticketing and playbill creation and Staples for printing. Once we start to hold Saturday rehearsals (from 10-1pm) we provide the students with snacks, waters, and healthy breakfast so food is purchased from local Bagel stores and neighboring Bjs/supermarkets. In order to make the show come to life we rent or build sets, i.e. Dance Mirrors, rent or buy costumes i.e. Gold Finale costumes & principal costumes donated generously through an Amazon wish list. On the technical end of bring a live performance to life we also rent and hire professional sound and lighting designers and equipment the week of the performance. Designers help the production team bring the vision to life infusing their creativity with the equipment package that suits the show. Audio engineers manage and operate performance tracks (or last year's live band) along with wireless microphones and speaker equipment for a seamless production. Lastly, in order to remember our time together and be able to share our theatrical experiences with others, we arrange a for a photographer & videographer to tape the show and use OnTheStage as the platform for streaming post performances.

Thank you for your support of our drama club by attending our shows, purchasing from concessions and through your generous donations we will be able to continue to host performances for many years to come! Enjoy the show!
