Melanie Zapper has been directing and choreographing for high school theater since 2004. She began working with the Arcata Arts Institute in 2012 and has directed musicals for them ever since. She has performed in the past with North Coast Repertory Theatre, Redwood Curtain Theatre, A Reason to Listen Poetry Collective, and 2Left Feet Dance. When not directing or teaching high school, Melanie Zapper enjoys performing with Synapsis Aerial collective.

She has been performing since she was 8 years old, and she loves to participate in improv matches and plays. Bailey Turner is a sophomore at Arcata highschool and is a first year in the AAI theater program. Bailey has loved fashion, makeup, hair, and costuming ever since she was a little girl. One fun fact about her is that she knows 11 languages.

Original Creative Team
