Seacoast of Chile Cast

Bruce Borman (ADAM)
Bruce is a recently retired NYCDOE Theatre Teacher who now has the freedom and opportunity to pick up where he left off when the reality of life dictated a solid career choice. After years of acting, directing, designing, and founding two Theatre Companies; The Transient Players and The Children’s Theatre Company, he found himself employed as a Local 1 IATSE Stagehand. Although he loved going to work every day in the Theatre, he yearned for something more fulfilling . He ended his Stagehand career to become a Teaching Artist for a nonprofit in a NYC Public School. Two months later he became the full time Theatre Teacher. Noteworthy accomplishments: BA Theatre, MA Theatre, two year program at the William Esper Studio, two year program at the Barrow Group, and the best supporting actor award for his role as Ray in the production of Lone Star in The Shadowland Theatre’s Summer Season. Thank you Ginger for allowing me back on the stage.
Christie Sanford (CATHERINE)
Christie is thrilled to be returning to her first love, theatre. After a 20-some year hiatus, her previous theatre credits include: Mrs.Wire in The Lady of Larkspur Lotion at Fleetwood Stage, Prudence in Beyond Therapy in Rhinebeck NY, & Dolly Scupp/Nurse Benson in Bad Habits for Neat New Haven. In film, she is best known for her work in indie film. She has recently just wrapped the short “The Book Signing” directed by Bob Giraldi for SVA in NYC.
MaryAnn Siwek (BELLA)
MaryAnn always knew she wanted to be on stage. She started out as an actor in background on film and TV. This is not where she wanted to be. MaryAnn took it to the next level and started taking roles in student films and other projects. She auditioned for "Seacoast of Chile" and is ecstatic! She's living her dream of being on stage thanks to Meny, Ginger and ATA. Her message to other actors: Never give up and keep on trying. Love you all.
