As the ACHS Theatre Arts program director for the past nine years, Ms. Heartt teaches 4 levels of drama, directs two mainstage shows every year, and produces student-directed Winter One-Acts. She enjoys field trip adventures with her students, from theatre competitions in California to New York City adventures, instilling in them the love of travel and collaborative creativity. Ms. Heartt holds a bachelors in Theatre Arts from UC Santa Cruz, spent a year in Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and also holds a Masters in Education. Ms. Heartt is endlessly grateful to her husband, Kyle, and their two sons, Tristan and Zephyr, as well as the rest of her family and friends for their support and encouragement.

Madi is very excited to be a part of Our Town. She has also been in Legally Blonde (Delta Nu), These Shining Lives (Pearl), The Love of Three Oranges (Fata Morgana), and helped with Marian: The True Tale of Robin Hood as a quick changer. This is her third official year in drama and a thespian. It is her first time directing a show. She wants to thank her family and friends for all of their support.

Gabriella is very excited to have assistant directed a show for the first time. She normally has acted in shows like Legally Blonde as Vivienne and student written plays like Last Chance where she played Diana. She loves theater and is very happy to spend time with her class during her final show here at ACHS. When Gabby isn't working on theater, she is writing, making movies and hanging out with family and friends. She would like to thank her family, friends and Ms. Heartt for supporting here these last school years!

Jillian is eager to be involved in this year’s fall play, Our Town. She recently enjoyed performing Legally Blonde for the 2024 Spring Musical at ACHS as a Delta Nu, Dana, and Brooke Wyndham understudy. She’s been in the Drama Program for the last 3 years and is her second time in Advanced Drama. Jillian has been a part of the lighting design crew at her time in the program, but for this show, she will be behind the scenes, stage managing for the first time helping out the cast and crew. During her free time, she is involved in Dance Club, Drama Club, and Korean Culture Club at American Canyon High. Jillian would like to thank her friends, family, classmates, and Ms. Heartt for the support they’ve given her.

Madison is very excited to fulfill her dreams and goals of working in all aspects of the drama department and be one of the stage managers of the ACHS Theatre Production of Our Town. She recently performed in Legally Blonde as a Delta Nu sorority sister and also contributed to the costume design department. Madison is currently a Junior and has taken drama all 3 years of her high school career and is proud to be a Thespian! She is involved in several extracurricular activities on campus like leadership and soccer, but of course drama is her favorite. She would like to thank her family for their endless support and her friends who make everyday a little brighter.

Amari is ecstatic to be in the behind the scenes of Our Town. Last year, Amari was in Legally Blonde as the understudy of Callahan, Judge, and Store Manager. As well as Marian or the True Tale of Robin Hood as Much the Miller's son. Now, they are ready to be backstage, especially when they are on their third year of being in Drama. When Amari isn't participating in shows, they volunteer at the Napa Animal Shelter and help others in the Crochet Club as the secretary. Amari would like to thank their parents for always pushing them to pursue what they love.
