The Arts Center, Inc. in a non-profit in Harper County, Kansas that is working to provide arts education and creative opportunities.  In 2014, three moms were chatting over coffee and realized they shared the same passion of wanting to provide art opportunities for their kids.  As they brainstormed, they realized that they wanted these same opportunities to be available to all kids in their area -- and even for adults too.  And so the Arts Center was born.

The mission of the Arts Center is to provide education and exposure to the arts to the entire community by providing a physical space and classes that teach and inspire creativity.  Our goals are to:

• make arts education and instruction accessible to all elementary/middle school children in Harper County
• provide a safe, empowering place for students of all ages & abilities to explore their creativity through the arts and focus on the process of creating
• connect people by providing arts events that cultivate a love for creativity and build community
• bring further value to Harper County through cultural enrichment and a program that would be considered an asset for families currently living here and those considering moving into the area
