Dr. Louis Janeira, pen name L. Jan Eira, is a cardiologist at Franciscan Health Network in Indianapolis, Indiana. Given his lifelong love of the performing arts, he began pursuing his writing career first as a novelist in 2010. He first wrote and published 6 medical mysteries and thrillers, and later began to write plays. His plays have been staged in central Indiana and elsewhere, including Off-Off Broadway, and include The Ambush, Casualty Game, Critical Recall, The Last Man, The Curse of Count Dicky, The Gift, Imminent Danger and Stay Small. He is blessed to have found this amazing group of actors and directors and hopes you will enjoy Cut Short, a bunch of his 10-minute plays all in one.

Aaron Henze is honored to work with Dr. L Jan Eira for the fifth time (Critical Recall, Curse of Count Dicky, Last Man, Ambush). As a full-time actor, director, and producer, Aaron is passionate about promoting local original work to help grow the local theatre scene. Other Cat credits include Opening Hank (Assistant Director/Stage Manager), The Masks We Wear (Assistant Director), and Broadway and Beyond (Producer). Aaron also works with the interactive social issue theatre company ACT Out, IU Health, Butler, and Dinner Detective. Kristin is excited to be working with Dr. L. Jan Eira and Aaron Henze again! She recently assistant directed and stage managed "No Hope Rope" and L Jan Eira's "The Ambush", recently worked tech for 48 hour live televised We Care Telethon, and has loved being involved in theatre and musical theatre for over 20 years. She has also been acting in, directing, and editing local films for more than 10 years.
