About Death of a Salesman

Arthur Miller’s classic Death of a Salesman comes to Workshop Theatre’s stage November 4-13, 2022.

Patrick Michael Kelly’s direction brings to life the story of the last days of Willy Loman, a failing salesman, who cannot understand how he failed to win success and happiness. Through a series of tragic soul-searching revelations of the life he has lived with his wife, his sons, and his business associates, we discover how his quest for the "American Dream" kept him blind to the people who truly loved him. A thrilling work of deep and revealing beauty that remains one of the most profound classic dramas of the American theatre. Winner of the 1949 Pulitzer Prize and the Tony Award for Best Play; and 73 years later the themes of this play continue to resonate with audiences.

Kelly has assembled a talented cast to tell this classic tale, spearheaded by Paul Kaufmann in the role of Willy Loman and Libby Campbell-Turner as Linda Loman.
