Seussical is a whimsical musical that brings together various Dr. Seuss characters and stories, narrated by the mischievous Cat in the Hat, centering on Horton the Elephant's quest to save the tiny world of Whoville, living on a dust speck, while also caring for an abandoned egg, teaching lessons about friendship, loyalty, imagination, and believing in oneself despite ridicule and challenges. The story, arising from the imagination of a Boy, follows Horton as he protects the Whos from the skeptical jungle animals, gets sold to the Circus, takes care of an egg, and finds an unlikely ally in Gertrude McFuzz, all while navigating conflicts and a trial, culminating in the triumphant realization of the Whos' existence.
