Hello! I’m Troy Eisel i’m in 11th grade and I play the REAL Ned Schneebly in this year’s musical, School of Rock. Thank you so much for coming to our show. Hello everyone! My name is Nevaeh Molash, and I’m incredibly honored to be a senior this year here at Willmar Senior High School—and even more thrilled to be playing Summer Hathaway in our production of The School of Rock! Over the years, I’ve had the joy of performing in several of our school’s musicals, including Moana, Aida, Grease, Annie, and now this exciting final show. Each production has helped shape who I am, and I’m endlessly grateful for the memories and friendships made along the way. Music has always held a special place in my heart. I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember, and being part of our music department has truly been one of the most rewarding parts of my high school experience. I’m a proud member of our schools 2701 choir, and I currently serve as the president of my class choir, Choralairs—two groups that have challenged me, inspired me, and given me a sense of home. After graduation, I plan to attend Mankato State University, where I’ll be pursuing a degree in Special or Elementary Education. To my family and friends—thank you from the bottom of my heart for your constant love and encouragement. To my incredible castmates, our amazing directors, the lighting and sound crew, the talented pit, and everyone else who helps bring this show to life—thank you for your dedication, your energy, and your passion. Hi, my name is Biruk Heglund. I play Dewey in this year’s musical! I have been in 2 plays and 2 musicals including this one. First is “Bye Bye Birdie” and I played as Mr. Macafee, l've played in “Fruit Cakes” at the barn theater and played one of the secondary characters, I've been in “Hearts Like Planets” at the Ridgewater College, and lastly “School of Rock”. I am involved in no other activity as of right now. I don't know where to go to college yet. Hi, my name is Hailey Jurgenson. This year I am playing keyboard in the pit band. This is my fourth year in the pit where I also played viola for Aida, and piano for Grease and Annie. I am heavily involved in the music department at WHS through band, choir, orchestra, jazz band, and 2701, as well as taking private piano lessons. I am also the Vice President of the Cardinal Choir. Besides music, I have been on the Speech Team for 6 years. Next year, I plan to attend Ridgewater to pursue a career in nursing with a goal of becoming an ER nurse. I would like to take a minute to thank two people who have been instrumental (pun intended) in my music journey. Thank you to Megan Gilles for everything you have taught me over the last 11 years of piano lessons. I would not be the pianist I am without you. Thank you also to Mr. Blaser for giving me so many opportunities to learn and grow as a musician through band, pit band, and jazz band.
