Alice Y. Lyons
Mrs. Lyons has been a teacher in the Wilkes-Barre Area School District since 2003, and is currently teaching Theatre Arts for the prestigious WBA Creative and Performing Arts Academy. She has been at the helm of the of The Wolfpack Players Drama Club, formally The Coughlin Players, for 23 years. Mrs. Lyons received two bachelor’s degrees from Wilkes University in Education and English with a minor in Theatre. She also holds a master’s degree in 21st Century Teaching and Learning from Wilkes University and holds course certificates from NYU in Performing Arts and Film Industry. The Wolfpack Players have blossomed into one of the best high school drama clubs in Northeastern Pennsylvania, under her guidance and direction, having won Silver/Gold Awards for Best Theatre Group and Best Theatrical Production every year since 2021 in The Times Leader Best of the Best. She has been involved in the local theatrical scene in hundreds of productions as an actor, director, costumer, set designer, lighting designer, sound designer, and stage manager, even receiving a Northeastern Pennsylvania Theatrical Alliance Awards for Best Director of a musical in 2012 for her production of Hairspray and best actress in a musical in 2020 for her portrayal of Diana Goodman in Next to Normal. She has been honored in The Times Leader's 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 Best of the Best as the Gold Winner for Best Actress in NEPA and the Gold Winner as Best Director in 2025. She has been seen on stage as an actor and behind the scenes for The Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre, The Music Box Dinner Playhouse, Ovation Playhouse, Showcase Theatre, Gaslight, Act Out Theatre, KISS Theatre Company, Wyoming Seminary’s Performing Arts Institute, Pennsylvania Theatre of Performing Arts and The Misfit Players, for which she is a founding member. For over twenty seven years, she has been an avid director and teacher of the arts, helping and mentoring young thespians hone their craft through directing locally, and being formerly and currently involved with acting seminars for King’s College’s Hispanic Outreach Program, Wilkes University Summer program, KISS Theatre Company, and the Performing Arts Institute at Wyoming Seminary. Mrs. Lyons can also be seen and heard, when needed, singing the national anthem for the AHL’s Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins. She happily resides in Wilkes-Barre with her husband, Lou, and their perfect English Bulldog daughter, Lilly.

Joelle DeLuca
Mrs. DeLuca has been a music teacher in the Wilkes-Barre Area School District for twenty-nine years. She graduated from Bishop Hoban High School and earned her undergraduate degree at Wilkes University, as well as her master's degree from Bloomsburg University. She participated in District, Regional, and State Chorus competitions during high school, and also took part in numerous theatrical performances, music camps, and community theater productions. Prior to her teaching career, Joelle operated a music studio for several years. She is also recognized as an organist and choir director at St. Maria Goretti Church, as well as a former member of the oldies band, Which Doctor. Since 2019, Mrs. DeLuca has served as the CAPAA Music Choral/Vocal Performance instructor and Wolfpack Players musical director at the high school. She has been happily married to her husband, Jim, for thirty-one years, and they are proud parents of their son, Marco.

Jamie Burns
Miss Jamie has been dancing at the Joan Harris Centre since the age of 3, where she studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Modern styles. She graduated from Wyoming Valley West in 2011 where she was a Junior/Varsity cheerleader and an UCA ALL-American cheerleader. Through out the years she has worked with and performed in various Theatres and Community productions. She studied acting with the Backstage Pass Program, performed in her High School Musicals, and took lessons at Broadway Dance Center. Currently, Jamie choreographs for the Wilkes Barre Wolfpack/CAPAA Program, Dallas Middle School Drama Program, Ovation Playhouse, and Kirby Kidz. Her most memorable moments have changed from performing on stage to cheering her students on from the wings. Outside of choreographing, her passion is teaching in a classroom. She recently graduated with her degree in Early Childhood Education and certificate as a ParaEducator. She is continuing at Wilkes University to further her education in Elementary and Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. Miss Jamie is currently the Director of the Bear Creek Community Charter School YMCA. She is the proud parent of her son, Aidan James.

Lisa Y. Fink
Ms. Fink been a costumer for Wilkes Barre Area for several years. Prior to the consolidation of schools, she was the Meyers H.S. Drama Club Director.  Lisa began acting on stage at the Little Theatre of W.B., as Grace Farrrell, in the musical Annie. Her most recent role was that of Jack's Mom in Into The Woods. Lisa has won two N.E.P.T.A. awards for costuming, Kiss Me Kate at L.T.W.B. and Hairspray at P.T.P.A. in Hazleton, Her theatrical career also includes, costuming and or performing at The Music Box Dinner Playhouse. L.T.W.B, The Phoenix Theater, and for The Misfit Players. Some of her favorite roles have been as both Aunt Abby and Aunt Martha in Arsenic and Old Lace, Chiffon in Little Shop of Horrors, Mrs. Peterson in Bye Bye Birdie and both Golda and Yenta, in Fiddler on the Roof. Lisa takes much pride and care in her work and loves costuming for The Wolfpack Players, not to mention the love and pride she has for her beautiful and talented daughter, Alice Y. Lyons.

Lou Lyons
Mr. Lyons has been an assistant director with his wife for over twenty years as part of the former Coughlin Players, now Wolfpack Players. He has been seen in numerous local theatre productions for the past two decades. He is a proud combat veteran who loves giving back to his community through being a positive role model for these amazing young actors. In his spare time, during the holiday season, you may have even seen him dawn the red suit of a famous Christmas icon for local events and photo shoots. Mr. Lyons also loves helping students as a paraprofessional at Wilkes-Barre Area High School, the most rewarding job he has ever had. When not working, Lou loves spending time with his wife, Wolfpack Player Advisor/Director, Alice, and their daughter English Bulldog, Lilly.
