No Apologies improv features an all-female and nonbinary cast who are ready to be unapologetically brave on stage. 

Our cast will participate in a day-long workshop where they learn to make big and bold choices on stage. This workshop culminates in a fantastic showcase of their new skills! They'll have learned how to be unafraid claiming their space on stage and giving big support to their scene partners. 

The workshop is led by Jill Gillespie and Carrie Blubaugh, who comprise the improv duo Resting Friendly Face. They'll take the stage at the conclusion of the No Apologies performance.  

We are pleased to announce that, once again, treats from Nummies Baked Goods will be available for purchase before and after the show. 

Improv SpringBoard elevates the voices and talents of women and nonbinary folks through improv workshops and performance experiences. Their first show was with Ham Kitty on March 12, 2023 and since then they have produced 5 shows, two workshops, and performed in two improv showcases.
