Allyssa is thrilled to be part of another Murderous March at WHATCo, having previously written and directed the murder mystery dinner fundraisers Unlucky Clovers, Bridesmaid Murder, and Trivia Night Murder. She has ghostwritten over a hundred mysteries and has published multiple cozy mysteries under her own pen-name Allyssa Mirry. (Check out the Jersey-based Sticky Sweet Cozy Mysteries series about a taffy-shop owner sleuth, available on Amazon!) She has also written TYA plays that include Monster Princess Tales (WHATCo), This Universe Pageant (TSquared Productions), and Superhero Princess Tales (Studio Playhouse.) Allyssa directed the production of Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic by Matt Cox this season, and has been seen on the WHATCo stage in productions such as Rumors (Chris), "The Jungle Book" (Mother Wolf / Cobra), and "The Stinky Cheeseman" (Old Lady/Wolf/Red Hen.) This is Ash’s first WHATCo production in any capacity. He brings with him years of experience with fan costume organizations and a love of theater. He is excited to be a part of Deadly Dessert Championship and is thrilled to be working with such a talented cast and crew. When he is not working or in rehearsals, he can be found at Devils or Red Bull games. Ash will be appearing in Disaster! The Musical with WHATCo later this spring.
