Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are unable to attend your showing, we will do our best to transfer tickets to another performance before your showing begins, however, it is not always possible. Refunds and transfers are not guaranteed. Please contact the theatre via email or the box office phone line to inquire about refunds for unused tickets before the performance begins. Transfers and refunds will not be considered once the performance is over.

Late Policy

Box Office opens one hour prior to show time for check-in, concessions, and raffle sales. Tickets must be purchased online: All seating is reserved seating. The Box Office will close ten minutes after the show begins and no one will be seated until intermission. Please allow yourself ample time to find your seat and secure your purchases.
