Bailey Donahue (Sophie)
BAILEY DONAHUE (Sophie Sheridan) is excited to return to theater after a 10-year hiatus, previously appearing in shows such as Miss Saigon, Fiddler on the Roof, Cats and Les Miserables at the UH Hilo Performing Arts Center and the Palace Theater. She was raised in Puna and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Hawai’i, Hilo. Bailey spent 8 years in Seattle, WA working in the cancer immunotherapy space, and while there served as ho’opa’a (chanter) for Hula Hālau O Leihuluonalani, led by Kumu Hula Leila Fernandez of O’ahu. She received her Master’s in Teaching from the University of Washington in 2022, which allowed her to return to her beloved Big Island to spread a love of science, Hawaiian culture, and performing arts to youth in her community. She currently teaches Science and Computer Science at Waikōloa Middle School, and is the advisor for the Polynesian Dance Club and Ho’olaule’a Royal Court. She lives with her wonderful, loving and supportive husband, Ryder, their dog, Dumpling, and two cats, Marbles and Pebbles.
Raina Racki (Donna Sheridan)
RAINA RACKI (Donna Sheridan) Raina has loved the magic of performing arts since she was a child, beginning with ballet and continuing into modern dance, choir, band, orchestra, and musical theatre. She studied at the MN Conservatory for the Arts, UW-Milwaukee and the Alvin Ailey School in NYC. Performance credits range from festivals in Edinburgh, Kyoto and Vilnius to works with Oahu’s ‘Ohi’a Productions, Convergence Dance Theatre, Iona Contemporary Dance Theatre and Wailana Dance Company. Choreographing modern dance pieces and composing original devotional selections is thrilling for her. When not jammin’ to ABBA, these days Raina is mothering her two keiki, running Pueo Produce and writing her first book. Her debut with WCT has been made possible due to the incredible support from her singular, off-stage sweetie, Marcos.
Christian Aragon  (Sky)
CHRISTIAN ARAGON (Sky) is absolutely thrilled to return the stage in a brand new way! Usually Performing or Teaching at The Aloha Theater in plays like ELF THE MUSICAL JR. as BUDDY, or PEPPER in their production of MAMMA MIA. He was also the Choreogrpaher for DISNEY'S DESCENDANTS: THE MUSICAL and more recently the upcoming SPONGEBOB YOUTH MUSICAL. Whether it be Films, TV, Animation, or Broadway, Nothing will stop him from achieving his dreams of acting professionally. It doesn't stop there. He also composes music such as THROUGH THE WARDROBE an entire Orchestral Instrumental Album, alongside other Albums made from 2021 till now. Lastly, he'd love to thank his online group, HELLUVA TEAM, letting him grow his skill in Voice Acting, Story Writing, and Music Production for nearly 2 years, and he hopes everyone enjoys the show!!!
Clemson Lam (Harry Bright)
CLEMSON LAM (Harry Bright) is a Waimea architect. He has appeared in other WCT productions, most notably as “FeiGan” in OLIVER!, SHREK (Donkey), The King and I (King of Siam). Clem is excited for the opportunity to be with this group of energetic players, directors and MAMMA MIA! crew.
Lorene Livingston (Rosie)
LORENE LIVINGSTON (Rosie) has graced Big Island stages in roles like Missy in Winter Wonderettes at Aloha Theatre, various featured ensemble roles in RENT at Kahilu Theatre, and as a dancer for Hawaii Irish Dance. She now brings her talents to the sunny shores of Greece as the lovable and quirky Rosie in MAMMA MIA! Lorene's passion for nurturing extends beyond the limelight as a Special Education Kumu at Kanu o ka `Āina and Volunteer Services Coordinator with Hospice of Kona. And let's not forget her starring role as a proud dog mom to three lovable rescues – the real stars of her heart's encore!
Miriam Wilson (Tanya)
MIRIAM WILSON (Tanya) is grateful to be performing with WCT for the first time. On the Big Island she has performed with the Hilo Community Players and HEART Hilo Productions. Miriam lives in Ninole with Jeff, four dogs and many fancy goldfish.
Sam Valenti (Bill Austin )
SAM VALENTI (Bill Austin) has been involved in theatre since 5th grade and APAC and WCT since 2004. His favorite pastime is fending off small children and playing board games. Sam is very thankful to his wife, Abi, for wrangling their two sons (Samuel and Arthur) by herself during the 3 months of rehearsals so he could do the show.
John Stover (Sam Carmichael)
JOHN STOVER (Sam Carmichael) has appeared in many WCT productions over the years including Victor Victoria, South Pacific, The Music Man and The Little Mermaid. He sings with the Waimea Community Chorus and Kona Choral Society, is happily retired, enjoys traveling with his husband, and gardening at their home in Waikoloa.
Brandon Gonzalez (Pepper)
BRANDON GONZALEZ (Pepper) is a graduating senior who grew up in the east side of Washington state. His hobbies include video games, playing his piano, guitar, and bass. He plans on going to YWAM Kona for their school of music and becoming a music teacher.
Sabine Winterowd (Lisa)
SABINE WINTEROWD (Lisa) originally from Japan, is a junior and international boarding student at HPA. Sabine has been seen performing on the GPAC stage in Legally Blonde (2023), and in Alice in Wonderland (2024) under the direction of Delaney McGrath. Sabine has experience in other shows, and has a great passion for the performing arts. They are looking forward to continuing with performing after high school graduation.
Dakota Rivera  (Eddie)
DAKOTA RIVERA (Eddie) is a touring comedian, self taught multi instrumentalist, and devoted performer from the age of seven. Their repertoire ranges from Cumbia to contemporary, and the occasional swing. When they aren’t on stage, Dakota can be found living under mossy rocks, avoiding the sun. They are a proud parent to a sourdough starter, Donna, and a young chicken, Teriyaki. Dakota would like to thank their family for their years of unwavering support.
Gretchen Sell-Finley (Ensemble & Rosie Unserstudy)
GRETCHEN SELL-FINLEY (Ensemble, Rosie understudy) is excited to make her Musical Debut with WCT. She was last on stage at Shasta College where she was in Dracula and Measure for Measure. Gretchen and her husband, Delain, recently moved to Hawaii from CA with their 3 dogs. Gretchen works with adults as a Speech Therapist.
Aimee Watkins (Ensemble)
AIMEE WATKINS (Ensemble, Sophie’s dream dance double) returns to the stage after a 24 year hiatus. She is excited about the Performing Arts and its impact on the hearts and minds of our community. Aimee currently lives in beautiful North Kohala with her loving husband and 2 adorable boys.
Jayne Kerns (Ensemble)
JAYNE KERNS (Ensemble) is excited and grateful to return to the stage! She sends special thanks to the show’s choreographers, musical and stage directors and entire cast for their support, enthusiasm and dedication and thanks her husband, Thom for cheering her on! Jayne’s previous WCT roles include The Drowsy Chaperone (Mrs. Tottendale), Victor/Victoria (Norma), The Tempest (Miranda), and Sister Mary Leo in the ‘91 & ‘92 productions of Nunsense.
Rona Lee (Ensemble)
RONA LEE (Ensemble) has been in WCT productions of South Pacific (Bloody Mary), Fiddler on the Roof, King Lear, Proposals, The Music Man, Rumors, Shrek, The Little Mermaid and at Kahilu Theatre in ensembles of Vagina Monologues, South Pacific and Waimea Community Chorus. She serves as the Choir Director at St. James’ Episcopal Church, paddles with Kawaihae Canoe Club Kupuna, and volunteers at Kahilu Theatre. A Hawaii Island resident since 1990, her biggest claim to fame are her 5 alphabetical children, and 2-½ year old grandson, Noa.
Melanie Rufo (Ensemble)
MELANIE RUFO (Ensemble) Melanie’s first venture on-stage was with her mom and siblings in WCT’s A Christmas Carol. She continues to sing in church and recently returned to community theater for MAMMA MIA! In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her husband, reading and watching Netflix.
Ariana Jacqueline Dale (Ensemble)
ARIANA JACQUELINE DALE (Ensemble) Ariana has been in several WCT productions including Pippin, The Hobbit, James and the Giant Peach, and Steel Magnolias. She was also in Kilauea Drama and Entertainment Network (KDEN’s) production of The Music Man. Ariana has participated backstage at pretty much every community theater on the island, this is her first time at GPAC.
David Anthony Lema (Executive Producer & Fr. Alexandrios)
DAVID ANTHONY LEMA (Executive Producer, Fr. Alexandrios) has deep roots in Hawaii since moving to the Big Island in the 80’s. Father, Farmer, Professional Musician, Promoter, David is inspired by your love of the arts. “The Light at the End of the Tunnel May Be YOU!”
Amanda McCormick (Choreographer)
AMANDA McCORMICK (Choreographer) relocated to Big Island from New York in July 2023 after a professional performance career spanning two decades that includes work with legendary names like Debbie Allen, Ann Reinking, Twyla Tharp, Desmond Richardson and Dwight Rhoden of Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Maia Wilkins of the Joffrey Ballet, Erin Halloran of Pittsburgh Ballet Theater, Mia Michaels, and more. She has performed with the Moscow Ballet; at The Kennedy Center; was a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall for 9 years; been on international stages in Italy, Spain, Vienna, Austria, at the Stanislavsky Theater in Moscow, Russia, and more. Amanda is also a yoga instructor, sound bath meditation guide, shamanic reiki master, and workshop and retreat facilitator.
Delanye Yuko McGrath (Musical Director)
DELANEY YUKO McGRATH (Musical Director) was born and raised in Kona and grew up performing and directing at the Aloha Theatre, where she played Sophie in the 2019 production of Mamma Mia! She studied classical voice at Manhattan School of Music and ethnomusicology at Columbia University. She currently teaches performing arts at Hawaiʻi Preparatory Academy and lives with her two dogs and wonderful husband Roy.
Kelly Wadlegger (Director/Choreographer)
KELLY WADLEGGER (Director/Choreographer) is a theatre arts educator at Hawaii Preparatory Academy where she recently directed the Middle School production of Seussical Jr. and the play The Struggles at GPAC. She taught performing arts at Iao Intermediate School on Maui where she directed students in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Romeo & Juliet, and The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon at Iao Theatre. Recent performance credits include, Mrs. Crachet and Charwoman in A Christmas Carol at ProArts Theatre; and Kaliope in She Kills Monsters at Iao Theatre. She directed dance-theatre for Castle High School, Oahu where she wrote original libretto and staged Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, The Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid and directed 4 annual dance concerts. Additional directing/choreography credits include Peter Pan, The Wizard of Oz, School House Rock, and Alice in Wonderland for LJA. Kelly has performed and choreographed for a variety of theatre venues in Bangkok, New York, Honolulu, San Francisco and Beijing. She holds an MFA in Dance from UH Manoa, and a BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase Conservatory. Kelly directed the International Baccalaureate Dance program for International School Bangkok, Thailand, and for Western Academy Beijing, China. Kelly has danced in major works by Lin Hwai Min, Kevin Wynn, Irene Hultman, Charles Weidman, Donna Rizzo, and Marcia Haydee. She toured internationally as a soloist with Tennessee Dance Theatre and performed in The Tempest with The Company of Performing Artists, Thailand. She is honored to work with this amazing cast of MM, and to direct & choreograph for WCT. She thanks her daughter Lilly for being her right hand “man” in all their theatre and life adventures. JESSICA ANDREWS (Stage Manager, Production Assistant) Born and raised in Kapa’au, Jessica is honored to be inducted into the Waimea theatre world, having enjoyed productions on various local stages since childhood. She would like to thank this fabulous cast and crew who have made this production possible on her managerial debut.
Jared Terpak (Lighting)
JARED TERPAK (Lighting) Hailing from Kapaau, Jared brings over two decades of expertise in theatrical lighting design to the stage. His keen eye for ambiance and mastery of light manipulation have enhanced countless productions, captivating audiences and bringing stories to life in vibrant hues and captivating shadows. His passion for theatre and commitment to creating immersive experiences shine through in every meticulously crafted lighting design.
George Webb (Sound)
GEORGE WEBB (Sound) is pleased to join the WCT in order to make the sound of this musical theatre as least as thrilling as the MAMMA MIA! music and concept itself. He is an engineer, system designer, and operator of sound systems of several categories: live sound systems, installed sound systems, and A/V conferencing and streaming systems. He likes his systems to sound good and operate easily. George lives near Hawi with his wife and daughter.
Blake Reid (Set Construction )
BLAKE REID (Set Construction) has lived in Waimea for about as long as he's lived anywhere. By day he runs Terrawatt, a licensed contracting company specializing in insulation, energy efficiency, and whole-home dehumidifiers. To date his work has kept more than 60,000,000 pounds of carbon out of the atmosphere.
