Refund/Exchange Policy
If you are running a fever or feel sick in any way, we ask that you please stay home for the safety of everybody else. With a minimum of 24 hours written notice, tickets may be exchanged for an alternate performance, provided tickets for that show are available; OR we can transfer the tickets to someone else who can attend; OR convert your ticket purchase into a tax-deductible donation to support the work of the theatre. 24 hours notice requested for transfers and converting to donation. Refund requests must be received IN WRITING a minimum of 7 days before the performance you are ticketed for. There are no refunds for no-shows. Please contact [email protected].
