About Neurochemicals: a virtual therapy play by Austin Russell

In Directing class last semester, a student directed a 10 minute play, Neurochemicals, for her final project. The students and I were so moved by the piece that I contacted the playwright Austin Russell to see if he might expand the play for a full production.

And so the journey began!

Neurochemicals: a virtual therapy play follows the relationship of Robin & August in virtual couples counseling with new therapist, Dr. Marshall Williamson.

Big thanks to Dr. Katie Flynn, professor of psychology and therapist at Union College for joining us to share about her work! :)
