Our Creative Team: 

Director- Pete McElligott

Pete is an actor, director, writer, and producer. He is a founding member of The NOLA Project in New Orleans and the Ten Bones Theatre Company in New York. The work of both companies has been featured in American Theater, The New Yorker, TimeOut, Village Voice, and The New York Times. He has been on TV (his mother’s favorite accomplishment) and performed in several radio plays for BBC Radio 4 (his favorite accomplishment). In Theatre, Pete is best known for reviving the lead role in Paul Green’s Johnny Johnson, a performance honored by Backstage as one of the best of 2011. His writing has been the recipient of an NEA grant, received two New Orleans’ Big Easy awards for Best Original Work, and been a featured selection of the NNPN. As a teacher, he has worked with the Actionplay Workshop, teaching autistic youth at the Rebecca School, been a guest teaching artist at NOCCA in New Orleans, and been a staple of the Stella Adler Studio’s 3-Year Conservatory program.

Assistant Director- Ella Rivers

Ella Rivers is an actor, director and administrator but not a writer of bios. She joined the Stella Adler family in 2016 as a Conservatory student and continued on as an assistant director for A Delicate Balance (Dir: John Gould Rubin) and Clean House (Dir. Brad Raimondo). She now assists the administration. She recently made her post COVID directorial return with Carlos Joy’s “What If’s” at The Chain Theatre and starred in her first feature film while in an anti-bubonic bucolic bubble in upstate New York.

Producer- Olivia Webb

This is Olivia's first time producing and she hopes this will be the first of many projects. Her aim is to set up a production company that focusses on giving work to immigrant/foreign actors who are working towards their O1 visas, recent graduate actors who want to establish themselves further after training within a non-union setting. As a foreign actor herself she is using her direct experience to make sure all these actors get the best recommendations, publicity and advice they need to make a strong case towards their visas. She is so grateful for all the support and love she has received throughout this experience and cannot wait for you all to see this incredible show with these even more incredible actors.

Assistant Producer- Emily Cooper 

Emily Cooper (assistant producer) is a Pittsburgh-born, New York-based actor, singer, writer, and creator who is thrilled to be joining this ambitious production of Twelfth Night! A recent graduate of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting (class of ‘23), her biggest passion is telling timeless stories to connect with audiences of all generations, and this production does just that! Recent credits include: Angela in “Thinner than Water”, Brinn in “Girl in the Red Corner”, The Witch in “Into the Woods”, and the Leading Player in “Pippin”. She hopes you enjoy the show!
