Elijah Collins-White
Elijah Collins-White is Tusculum University's Interim Technical Director for 2023-2024. He has been heavily involved in T@T shows for years. Before coming to Tusculum in an official capacity, Collins-White served as an stage technician and lighting designer for NPAC, working shows for Pat Benatar, Kansas, Atlanta Pops Orchestra, Marty Stuart, and many others.

Rouja Green
Rouja Green is the Director of the Tusculum University Center for the Arts. In this role, she is responsible for fundraising for and promoting Tusculum's fine arts programming. Green has a background in painting, design, and music.

Cora Hawkins
Cora Hawkins is a Junior at Chuckey-Doak High School. Her acting credits include Radium Girls and It’s a Wonderful Life. She will appear in this fall’s T@T production of Story Theatre. Hawkins has always wanted to be an actor and credits some of the performers in Menagerie as being an original inspiration to her.

Frank Mengel
Frank Mengel joined Tusculum in 1998, and he is the university's Technical Director and Instructor of Theatre. He has over 170 production credits spanning nearly four decades. Mengel has received numerous honors for his theatrical work, including from the Kennedy Center/America College Theatre Festival. He has bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a master's in Communication: Theatrical Design from Wichita State University.

Cindy Pippin is the Administrative Assistant for the College of Civic & Liberal Arts and a creative force in all things Center for the Arts.

Garry Renfro
Garry Renfro has a BFA in Graphic Design and an MFA in Studio Arts from East Tennessee State University. He had a 42-year career as a professional designer & Production Graphics Manager for the City of Johnson City, Design Alternatives, & American Greetings. For over 30 years, he has loaned his talents to nonprofit organizations like The Exchange Club, Mainstreet Greeneville, Greeneville/Green County Chamber of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, and Rural Resources. Since 1995, he has volunteered with Theatre-at-Tusculum, providing visual artistic direction, scenic painting, prop design and construction, poster design, and T-Shirt design.

Andy Ross
Andy Ross is a published author, columnist, raconteur, and improviser. He often condenses all this by referring to himself as a “professional creative weirdo.” Since 2006, his column Batteries Not Included” has been a weekly staple in the Tri-Cities magazine The Loafer. His monthly column “Under the Marquee” has been featured in The Greeneville Sun since 2017. Ross can be been regularly performing with the area improv group Blue Plate Special.

Steve Schultz
Steve Schultz is Tusculum’s Arts Outreach Director. Over the course of his 30 years in theatre, Schultz has written over 70 plays, directed over 100, and performed in nearly as many. He is married to Erin Hensley Schultz, with whom he has shared his favorite moments, both on-stage and off. Together they founded Blue Plate Special, East Tennessee’s most punctual Improv Comedy group, and they run the Tusculum Summer Theatre Arts Camp. Schultz is the father of two brilliant dragon-slayers, Sam and Zetta.

Meagan Stark
Meagan Stark's original play Modern Witches was staged by T@T in the spring as part of the biennial 5x10 playwriting festival. Stark is a recovering Political Scientist with both a bachelor’s degree from East Tennessee State University and a master’s degree from Syracuse University. She is currently a Higher Ed professional at Tusculum University, working for a federal TRIO program tasked with helping at-risk students succeed at the collegiate level. In her free time, Stark audits classes with the English & Languages Department’s creative writing program.

Wayne Thomas
Wayne Thomas has a BA in Theatre and an MFA in Scriptwriting. He has directed works by Janet Burroway, Celeste Raspanti, Sam Shepard, and Roy Sorrels. He directed T@T’s production of Sam Steiner’s Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons last fall. He served as Dramaturg for productions of The Glass Menagerie, Macbeth, and The Grapes of Wrath. He is Dean of the College of Civic & Liberal Arts.

Jade Ward
Jade Ward is Jeff and Christina Ward's daughter and a senior at Greeneville High School. She has taken private violin lessons for eleven years and has participated in community theatre since second grade. She has previously played violin for GTG’s James and the Giant Peach and Into the Woods. She is the 2019 winner of the Tennessee Music Teacher's Association State competition.

Gracie Weems
Gracie Weems is a senior, and in December she will become the first student to receive a degree in Arts Outreach Administration from Tusculum University. Her previous credits include directing Bank Withdrawal Symptoms at the GLAWPIGIT and Friends Showcase and stage managing Theatre-at-Tusculum's Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons and Schoolhouse Rock Live! JR. Weems is forever thankful for her grandmother, who made her wildest theatre dreams possible.
