Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

If you purchased an Adventurer Pack or Deluxe Adventurer pack, we will need to mail you your items. We will contact you by email to confirm your mailing address prior to sending. If confirmation is not received within 4 business days before the show date, we will exchange your ticket for a General Admission ticket and refund the difference to you, as items sent after that timeframe may not arrive by your show date.
