About Shakespeare Camp - Julius Caesar

Shakespeare Camp: Julius Caesar

Grades 6–10 | June 22–26

Let us be your ROMAN EMPIRE this summer!

Step into the drama, intrigue, and epic storytelling of Shakespeare at our Shakespeare Acting Camp! In just one exciting week, students in grades 6–10 will dive into a fast-paced, one-hour adaptation of Julius Caesar—one of Shakespeare’s most famous plays.

Set in ancient Rome, Julius Caesar is a thrilling story of friendship, loyalty, ambition, and betrayal. When powerful leaders begin to fear Caesar’s growing influence, a conspiracy unfolds that will change the fate of Rome forever. Who can be trusted? What does it mean to be a true leader? And when is standing up for what you believe in the right choice?

Campers will explore Shakespeare’s language through acting games, scene work, movement, and ensemble storytelling while building confidence, stage skills, and teamwork. By the end of the week, students will bring this legendary tale to life in a fun and engaging performance for family and friends.

Whether you’re new to Shakespeare or ready to conquer the Bard again, this camp is the perfect way to experience the excitement, humor, and drama of one of the greatest playwrights of all time.
