The Town Players of New Canaan is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit community theater.  For over 75 years we have provided top-quality theater and education programs for residents in New Canaan, Fairfield County, and beyond.  Since 1983, we've been proud to produce our shows at the historic Powerhouse Performing Arts Center, located within picturesque Waveny Park.

AS A DONOR and LOYAL SUPPORTER, you help us produce the best of local theatre, including six MainStage productions, Stage II readings of classic and new plays, and host special events.  We can't do it without you.

We are excited to share our plans for the next generation of Powerhouse Patrons - to make our theater even better we are expanding the Powerhouse Lobby, transforming our storage annex into a multi-generation hands-on theatre arts education center and converting the stone Potting Shed into our new office.
