A Christmas Story Cast

Teddy Volanakis (Scut Farkus) is making his Town Players debut at the Powerhouse Theatre. He is a 7th grader at Saxe Middle School and loves movies, music and gaming. Previous stage experience includes Madagascar Jr and School of Rock concerts (guitar, keys and vocals) since 1st grade. He thanks his parents for driving him to rehearsals.

Jeff is thrilled and thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this distinguished cast in a classic piece of American theatre. He has been performing in local productions for over thirty years, with Twelve Angry Men high on his wish list for a long time. Jeff’s resume includes a combination of comedic and dramatic roles as varied as Felix in “The Odd Couple” and Atticus in “To Kill A Mockingbird”. Other favorite productions have included “Laughter on the 23rd Floor”, “Diary of Anne Frank”, “Prisoner of Second Avenue”, “Witness for the Prosecution”, and “Born Yesterday”. Many thanks to his director, his fellow cast members, and the crew at the Powerhouse. And, as always, love to his wife Deborah.
