Chris is thrilled to be making his Powerhouse debut. When he is not on stage, Chris works as a Realtor on one of William Raveis’s top producing teams in Fairfield County; The Balestriere Team. Some previous theater credits include: Danny Zuko, Jack Kelly, Cousin Kevin, Lefou, Joe Hardy, Shakespeare, Rapunzel’s Prince, Bobby Strong, and Phil Connors. Kelley Alejos (Sarah)
Kelley is STOKED to take on Tromaville with this amazing group of people! Kelley is an actress based in Fairfield, Connecticut. Markiss Robert (Black Dude)
Markiss is feeling super excited to make his power house debut in Toxic avenger. A huge thank you to Stephen, Nova and the entire production team for the chance to play this amazing part. A costumer and event planner I have worked throughout Westchester and New York. Past credits include: Snoopy You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown (CNR DRAMA). Tom Collins RENT (Little Radical Theatrics). I love performing with my Connecticut theater family making magic with you all has been an amazing experience.
Anthony Laszlo (White Dude)
Anthony is thrilled to be apart of his premiere show with Powerhouse Theater! Previous credits at Curtain Call include Assassins (Zangara), Groundhog Day (Ralph, Groundhog Mascot), Into the Woods (Steward), Bye, Bye, Birdie (Bartender). Credits at Western Connecticut State University include: The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui (Dogsborough), Uncle Vanya (Uncle Vanya u/s performed). Norwalk Community College credits include The Prom (Barry Glickman), Into the Woods (Baker), and Addams Family (Uncle Fester)! Anthony would like to thank the crew and the production team for all their hard work; we can’t do this without you!! Lastly, he’d like to wish his insanely talented cast members the best of luck! Lauren Gulliver Travers (Mayor)
Lauren is excited to be back performing with the Town Players of New Canaan for the first time since 1994. An avid performer of over 20 years and a graduate from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Lauren enjoys singing an array of musical styles and has performed with bands specializing in jazz, soul, rock and pop, but her heart belongs to musical theatre. Favorite roles include both Mother and Emma Goldman in "Ragtime", Sister Mary Patrick in "Sister Act: The Musical", Saraghina in "Nine", Jack Worthing in “The Importance of Being Earnest”, Beggar Woman in "Sweeney Todd", Jeannie in "The Great American Trailer Park Musical" and Alice Beale in "Titanic:The Musical". Her most favorite role is real life mother to Hannah.
