Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds allowed.
All ticket Sales are final. Refunds are only issued if TFAA cancels an event and it is not rescheduled. If a performance is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date, or patrons may request a credit. Exchanges for another perfromance of the same production may be made, subject to availability, if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance. Service fees are non-refundable. Special events, workshops, and rentals may have seperate policies announced at the time of purchase.
