Sara Abebe (FIRST INTERVIEWER)Sara Abebe is an actress and filmmaker based in New York City, where she trains with Neal Matarazzo at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. She has appeared in commercials for brands such as Carol’s Daughter, CVS, Google and Duolingo, and her stage credits include productions like Macbeth, and The Taylor Swift Unabomber Play. On film, Sara has starred in short projects including the NYU thesis film The Weatherman and most recently led the feature film Hayati.
Andrew Beregovoy (SECOND INTERVIEWER)Andrew Beregovoy is an actor and producer from Miami, Florida. He is a founder and the managing director of The Village Theater Group. In February 2025 he produced the Off-Broadway revival of Arthur Miller's The Price. The Winter One-Act Festival marks the beginning
of their bi-annual program intended to showcase talent from The Village Theater Group and rising playwrights and artists in the industry.
Sandy Singh (THIRD INTERVIEWER)Sandy Singh was born and raised in Guyana, South America and is currently living in NYC. She is an Actress, Writer & Content Creator. Sandy obtained an MFA at The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in the U.K with distinction where she was classically and professionally trained on stage and on camera. Her theatrical experience spans both sides of the Atlantic. UK highlights include Anja in SOLD, Helena in All’s Well That Ends Well, Jean Stratton in Separate Tables. In New York, she played Jackie in Hot L Baltimore and Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She also received a nomination for best actress playing Lila in Cradle. Sandy can be seen in Rule of Three as Hailo and Marguerite in Kinsley Vs. She recently wrapped a Vertical Film called Young Mafia Widow. You can also spot her in a few commercials including Google Pixel and Apple. Sandy enjoys creating content on social media with over half a million supporters on Instagram and TikTok. Because of her strong Guyanese roots, British influence and American lifestyle, Sandy is equipped and ready for what the world has to offer her.
Fernando Figueroa Valladares (FOURTH INTERVIEWER)Fernando Figueroa Valladares is a first-generation Mexican-American actor from South Florida. He began his training at the Actors Workshop of South Florida before continuing under Neal Matarazzo at the Beverly Hills Playhouse in New York City.
In 2021, he moved to NYC to pursue acting, writing, and directing. He wrote, produced, and starred in The Line, which premiered at the Chelsea Film Festival. His stage and screen credits include This Is Our Youth, Win With Wheeler, and Evil Lives Here: Shadows of Death. He also provided voice work for the audiobook Bodega Botanica Tales: Jose's Story by Maria R. Bross.
Dedicated to his craft, Fernando has studied improv, voice training, and Shakespeare.
Rafael Antonio (FIRST APPLICANT)Rafael Antonio Pacheco is a first-generation American of Cuban descent, born and raised in Union City, NJ. He began his artistic career training in Latin and Afro-Caribbean dance, which led to a performance on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire. His screen credits include Scorned: Love Kills, True Crimes with Aphrodite Jones, and commercial campaigns for T-Mobile, Gillette, and Mercedes-Benz. He recently starred in Giselle Loves Mambo and will lead the upcoming independent film Post Void, set to shoot this spring.
Leeann Ortiz (SECOND APPLICANT)Leeann Ortiz is a New York-based actor recognized for her versatility, emotional depth, and a natural on screen presence. She has trained in both stage and film performance, bringing authenticity and nuance to every role she takes on. In addition to her acting work, Leeann has produced five films, with two earning selections at the Chelsea Film Festival - experience that deepens her creative perspective and fuels her passion for storytelling. She is committed to building a career that merges artistry with professionalism, leaving a lasting impact both in front of and behind the camera.
Kerry Wolf (THIRD APPLICANT)Kerry Wolf is delighted to be included with The Village Theater Group for this production. Some recent favorite roles are Bill French in Grand Horizons, Robert in Proof, Oliver Jordan in Dinner at Eight, Garry Essendine in Present Laughter and George in La Cage Aux Folles. His directorial credits include You Can't Take It With You, Getting Away With Murder and Lost In Yonkers. Also this year he was seen in the short film Fateful Beats directed by Hiroo Takaoka.

Daniel J. Condon (PAUL MORRIS)Daniel J Condon is an actor, writer, producer, and artistic director of The Village Theater Group. Born in New Jersey, raised in south Florida, Daniel made his way back up to New York City in 2021. Throughout that time, has founded the VTG which had their Off-Broadway Debut this passed winter with The Price by Arthur Miller, he has produced and stared in multiple films, including The Line which he co-wrote as well, and started a play reading series called “The Cold Lottery” where he has connected over 150 actors and writers throughout NYC. Daniel’s main goal is to inspire those around him to work together and never give up on themselves.
Jaren Anderson (PROFESSOR BILL GROVES)Jaren Anderson is a New York–based TV, film, and stage actor. He has appeared on FX’s American Horror Story, the History Channel’s Mega-Brands That Built America, Fox Nation's Blood on the Bridge: Battle of Lexington & Concord, ID Network’s Evil Lives Here and as Benedict Arnold in an upcoming production, bringing a grounded intensity to both scripted and documentary-style storytelling. Shoutout to his two young boys, Mav & Remy, and loving wife, Sera.
