Art camp for ages 7 to 14 @ The Strand will include visual art lessons with materials and instruction. Young artists of all levels, here is your chance to learn, create, and be part of an annual art show in the historical Strand Theatre. Lessons include drawing, painting, sculpture, and mix media. Whether you are a beginner or already love making art, this camp is designed to encourage every young artist to explore, experiment, and have fun. At the end of camp, family and friends will be invited to a special exhibition where students can proudly display their artwork in the theatre’s art gallery. Make new friends, learn from a resident artist, and experience the magic of creating art in a historic theatre.
