Director
Leslie Kincaid Burby
is delighted to be directing her 14th stage production with PPT's talented and dedicated young people (You Can’t Take it With You, MacDeath, Sherlock Holmes: The Baker Street Irregulars, The Tempest, Our Town, Romeo&Juliet, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, A Midsummer Night's Dream, As You Like It, Much Ado About Nothing). Leslie also directed Pied Piper’s award-winning film, Robin Hood, which she co-wrote and edited with husband Joseph Burby. In her downtown directing life, Leslie has been honored to receive the New York Innovative Theatre Award for Outstanding Direction for Eddie Antar's Drama Desk nominated play, The Navigator, which was developed at the WorkShop Theater, where she is an associate artistic director. She also received the New York International Fringe Festival Award for her direction of Zamboni, by Sean-Patrick O'Brien. Leslie recently directed UP Theater’s production of Bread of Life, by Frank Pagliaro. Her short film MERCY is presently on the festival circuit, and another film CHOICE is in final development courtesy of a grant from Inwood Art Works.

Artistic Director of Pied Piper Theatre
Lesly de Groot
was named the new Artistic Director of Pied Piper Theatre in June 2022. Lesly comes from a professional singing background, having worked as a performer with Philadelphia Opera, Opera Delaware, and the Spoleto Italy Festival of Two Worlds. During her five years with the award winning Riverdale Rising Stars Junior Theater, Lesly wore multiple hats as musical director, stage director and/or stage manager with The Wizard of Oz as her directorial debut including 104 student actors. She has also held residencies with Midori and Friends Foundation in NYC as well as NJPAC’s Disney Musicals in Schools and Dancing Classrooms. Lesly obtained a dual Masters degree in Early Childhood and Special Education at MSU, and has taught children with developmental disabilities. She is currently a 1st grade teacher, as well as teaching private voice/piano lessons. 
Costume Designer
Kimberley Windbiel
has a checkered past as East Village rocker, West Village cabaret chanteuse, and operatic back up vocalist. She has costumed shows Off and Off-Off Broadway, for UP Theater, Workshop Theater, as well as others including many productions for Pied Piper Theatre. Some of her favorites include a Victorian Midsummer Night’s Dream and a biker-punk Macbeth.
Lighting & Sound Designer
Giovanni Villari
is delighted to be working with the Pied Piper gang once again. Giovanni is a lighting designer; actor; director; fight and stunt choreographer; set and sound designer; prop master; stage manager; technical director; and an educator. His work has been seen all over NYC and around Italy, England, Switzerland, Poland and Montenegro.
