Director
Tricia HuletArtistic Director of TMU Theatre Arts, Assistant Professor of Communication | Professor Hulet was brought on to revive and build the TMU Theatre Arts program in 2008. Committed to the sufficiency and authority of Scripture in authentic, truthful storytelling, she strives for a Biblical worldview and approach to understanding acting and the performing arts. She teaches various classes in theatre arts, introductory and advanced acting, production, production design, and spoken communication through the Communication Department. She also enjoys individual acting coaching. More over two decades Professor Hulet has directed and produced full length plays and musicals, produced live concerts and events, production designed for film, performed in over a dozen roles on stage and film, and continues to act whenever possible in various mediums. Tricia and her husband, Dave – Pastor of Equipping at Calvary Baptist Santa Barbara – met at Master’s as students and count it a joy and privilege to have served together in ministry for over twenty years and counting.

Technical Director
Steven InabnitTMU Director of Events & Production, Producer, and Technical Director | Born in Alaska and raised in Atlanta, Steven grew up on a tour bus. A lighting designer by trade and a musician at heart, he has always been enthralled by the juxtaposition of the technical and the artistic. From a young age, Steven was drawn to creating and designing shows. In high school, he began working professionally in the production industry where he continued to hone his skills as a production designer and technical director. As a production designer and technical director, he has worked on projects including music videos, film shoots, theatrical shows, and corporate events. In his role at TMU, he continues to follow his passion of bridging the gap between the technical and the artistic to craft unique and meaningful experiences for audiences of all ages.

Assistant Director | Company Manager
Arianna BrownActor, Music Director, and Vocal Instructor | Arianna studied music and communication at The Masters University, being involved in eight productions with TMU Theatre Arts. She graduated in Fall ‘22 and has been performing in productions in Southern California since then, including Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder and Beehive: the 60s Musical. She has directed music for “Tuck Everlasting” at TMU, “Fiddler on the Roof” at Legacy Christian Academy and is currently directing music for “Newsies!” at Legacy. Arianna also teaches private voice lessons and loves helping students find confidence and strength not only in their singing, but in their storytelling as well. She is so excited to be helping bring The Curious Savage to this stage and praises the Lord for the opportunity to do her passion.
